I spent hours wading through renewal docs from my current medical insurers trying to make sense of why ... with a 62% no claims bonus ... my premium had increased by a whopping 36% Jen was amazingly efficient - within an hour she not only sourced improved cover (with better hospital coverage) but reduced my premium to even less than what I was paying the previous year.
