I recently purchased two
items from this company. First. the delivery took several weeks . I was unaware that it was shipping from China. Totally my error! The return policy is shady! You can keep an item , receive a store credit or return minus a $10 plus shipping fee. On a $35 purchase it is hardly worth it.On top of this the package it arrives in has a state side address. Additionally, the advertised color (red) is definitely pink! Buyer Be ware!

This company is fraudulent
This company is fraudulent. They represent themselves as having locations in the US but have no presence in the US. They do not clearly state that returns need to be made to China on their website and make the customer responsible for returns to their international fulfillment center. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. The clothes are terrible quality, the customer service is lacking and their website is misleading.

If you want to surprise your…
If you want to surprise your wife/girlfriend, this is the best place for that. Me and my girlfriend were in their shop more than 1 hour. She cound’t decide what to buy because everything was good looking. Only thing that I personaly didn’t like is that their store smells a little.

I should have realized this company was a disaster
I should have realized this was a shifty company because it has a Georgia address (which is a nondescript house), a Brtitish phone number and all products are sent from China. They do not adhere to the terms listed on their website--they promise returns within 30 days and refunds issued within 14 days. They do not say you pay $30 to return it because it has to go back to China and the refund time is 4-8 weeks. That would eat up most of the cost of the refund so I just kept the product--waterproof boots which were neither warm or waterproof. So they lie about their procedures and they sell lousy products. They offered me a store credit instead of returning the boots first, before I wore them, but due to a warehouse transfer, delivery of the order I used that credit for is delayed and they have no idea when/if it ever will be delivered. Do not shop at this company.

a scam. My order took two months to arrive and was shipped from China. They don’t even have clothes in their “store.” It was a cheap fabric that I would never wear. Their return policy is a farce. You can’t get a full refund. You need to ship the product back to China, which is $30. So you get to keep the item you don’t want and order from them for free, minus $10.00.
