Scam Scam Scam - stay well clear. Items not as described, no return address, reporting to the consumer protection should not be allowed do business as clearly fraud.

Funny their reply to all these messages is exactly the same. Buyers beware!

I placed an order on July 9, 2026, it left China on July 11, arrived in Italy (my country) on July 13, it has been in Belgium since July 14 and it still hasn't arrived. I wrote 2 emails and they They only told me that it would arrive after 12 working days..... too bad that the 12 working days expired a week ago!!!! My order is TV3742, if the people at Thomvale want to know!!!!!!

Just don’t even bother. Material is cheap and false advertisement. I got a completely different dress to what I ordered

Quite shocked at the service, response, refund process, but mostly the shockingly bad quality and quite frankly absolute lie to what I bought from the pictures and description of item. The item advertised was a pretty cotton dress, with texture - the item received was what can only be described as shiny plastic fabric with no design, cheap, extremely nasty and unwearable - awful, just awful and no refund offered.

This is another company that advertises US presence, but actually operates out of China. Orders arrive late. Products are the wrong size - too small. Instead of allowing a "full refund," they negotiate with you to keep your order rather than accepting it back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THOMVALE they are not USA based but China and sell poor quality clothing and make it impossible to return items due to shipping and customs fees! Scammers!

I'm embarrassed to admit that I bought from this phoney company. The "linen pants" were 80% cotton, the dress would have fit me and my big sister! They agreed to refund my money, but the address was in China (even though the return address on the package was California) Return would have been $80!!!!! Buy from a trusted company.....or you'll regret it.

Order a dress, for a wedding. Item was delivered, however the currier just threw it over the fence into my yard. Upon opening, I found the worst attempt at dress making I've ever seen. Nothing like to photo, except for the color. Fabric stunk, Sleeves were cut completely wrong. It look nothing like the photo. Completed scam. Customer service offered a return at my own expense, or 10% refund, This is clearly not a US owned company, nor US made.

NO RETURNS !!!! Even though the site says you can return. . THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY AT LEAST $30 and more or you can get credit. Horrible packaging. Horrible material. Stay AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awful company. Garment arrived much later than expected and when I emailed about a return, they tried to fob me off with options, but not the return and full refund as per their website.

Garment looks to be poor quality and nothing like the picture on the website.

Would not recommend this company at all.

I am so very disappointed. They literally sent the wrong dress and the fabric was weird. I wasted 80plys dollars andfou d out they are from overseas not Ga,USA.

What a scam. I ordered white trousers from this company. They were beautiful on the website. When I received them, the quality was very poor. They looked like someone in home economics made them, actually that is generous. I tried to return them. I could keep them and they would refund me 10%, or I could mail them back to the tune of $30. The pants only cost $48.

Picked up a few clothes from here recently and everything turned out pretty good. Fit was nice and delivery just came on time.

I was unaware that the order was coming from China. The address was listed as being in Georgia, It took a lot longer for item to arrive. The quality of the fabric was very poor. I will not order from the company again.

Good Quality products cheap prices and good experience

Got my order fast and everything looks goods.

Nice stuff, feels comfortable and fits just right.

Good experience, Delivery was good and packaging was neat.
