Thorens Lighter Official Site Reviews

Both are great. On one the personalization was upside down. Customer service. Let me keep it and sent me a new lighter correctly lettered.

Gut verarbeitete Feuerzeuge. Bei Problemen schnelle und kompetente Hilfe !!

What an amazing lighter, 1st class quality’s

Order shipped pretty fast. Shipping to the U.S. was 2-3 days. But it actually took 2 weeks because they ship from China. Don't say that my order will be there in day if its really weeks. But lighters are 5 star, I will purchase more at some point

I sent y'all a e mail saying the bamboo lighter did not lite properly and the screw knob that holds the flint in always comes unscrewed and comes off loosing all the flints

I asked for another lighter and y'all said you would send it and I never got it.
Not happy

Super expérience et des briquets vraiment magnifiques. Pour les collectionneurs c'est vraiment génial. Emballage très soigné. Je recommande a 200%

They claim the products were delivered without actually sending them, and they don't issue refunds. Don't buy from them, don't let anyone else buy from them, stay away.

I love my black Hollowing Machine ejection lighter. It is smaller than I thought, but it makes it the right size for my pocket. The design is very unique and a conversation starter. It also functions every time.

Livraison rapide et emballage de qualité, superbe briquet !

Ja, es ist von China.
Aber es ist wertig und gut.

The parts I ordered are high quality and arrived packaged safe. I took away one star because the shipping time was much longer than expected.

Well designed and built and I like the design taht I bought.

The after-sales service was poor, meaning it is difficult to return worn or damaged parts to the seller, or it will cost as much shipping cost as the lighter itself. Eventually I have given up returning to the seller due to shipping cost issue.

Das Produkt (Feuerzeug) wurde sehr schnell zugesendendet und war gut und sicher verpackt. Es entsprach zu hundert Prozent der Beschreibung und wurde in einer hübschen Verpackung geliefert.

the lighter case was full of finger prints
not a professional presentation for a new item

Great quality and finish. An amazing piece of craftsmanship. A bit pricey but a great addition to any collector.

A1 service and product is stellar.
From ordering to delivery excellent communication. Fast and on time.
Presentation was beautiful and lighter is amazing
