Highly Recommend
I have recommended Thor Metals Group to all of my family. Being new to gold and silver, they were sure to give me the proper information needed to feel safe with my decisions. A true bright star in an industry of untrustworthy companies.

Full transparency and GREAT pricing!
First time buying physical gold and Thor Metals Group made the process seamless. Best pricing and transparency compared to some other companies I spoke to. Our metals arrived a lot faster than expected as well. Great company!!

What Thor does that matters
What I have experienced with Thor is they are always ready to answer a question you might have. They also know what questions to ask ME, because sometimes I might not know what to ask.
They are timely with any response, and they are excited about our future together.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced regarding the delays in the shipment of your order. We understand that timely delivery is crucial, and we regret any frustration this may have caused. After thoroughly investigating the matter, we discovered that your order faced a combination of challenges, including increased demand and quality control processes. Throughout this process, your dedicated Account Manager maintained open and consistent communication with you, keeping you informed about the ongoing delays and the status of your order. We are committed to ensuring our clients' satisfaction, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations in this instance. Thor Metals made me feel like my success mattered
Thor Metals did a thorough job of explaining why a particular metal/product has greater potential than another. The margins and fees were more reasonable than I have experienced elsewhere.
