Thermocoagulation treatment for facial thread veins
Visited for the thermal vein treatment for thread veins on my face. Very effective, I could see results straight away. I've tried laser treatment in the past which didn't get rid of the broken veins so am delighted that this does actually work. The treatment itself does make your eyes water a little but it's not too painful, and quick. Very professional service.

Disappointed
I had the treatment a few weeks ago and sadly cannot see a difference, I underwent the very same procedure 4 years ago and it was effective, hence, my having it done again. I also had to pay the consultation fee again as a new customer despite being a returning client. Disappointed.

Very happy with my experience so far
I have very typical facial threadveins resulting from lifelong rosacea. I have had a single treatment so far, from Dr Ingles. I am very pleased indeed with the treatment after only a few days. There was some initial redness around the veins treated, and some tiny scabs and crusts. This has almost entirely resolved now after 7 days. The outcome for my nose is excellent - this was the area Dr Ingles primarily worked on in this first session. There is a little more to do on both cheeks, but already obvious improvement. Dr Ingles recommended at least two more sessions to fully treat all my threadveins. Dr Ingles was fantastic - kind, professional, excellent communicator, and clearly a skilled operator. The treatment is undeniably a little painful (continuous pinprick sensations) but very much tolerable. I am genuinely looking forward to the next sessions and the final result. I should also mention here that I am a doctor myself, so would expect the highest professional standards, and my expectations were very much met.

They did exactly what was promised
They removed thread veins from my nose and face.The process was very straightforward, it wasn't painless but tolerable. The doctor was brilliant in her explanation and approach and very considerate. The treatment was at my pace and went well. I am very happy.

Be very careful here
Had multiple treatments done here for the spider veins on my legs. Cost me thousands and it’s done nothing. If anything it’s made my veins worse. I have contacted the clinic a few times about this, and all they do is class it as “staining” and send me in the post some cream you can literally purchase off Amazon. If this treatment works for you then great, but just be prepared that if it doesn’t, they aren’t interested.
