Excellent experience, really happy with the results of my treatment . Would highly recommend.

I went to Dr Newmans clinic for treatment of facial thread veins. The doctor was very professional, friendly and competent who was reassuring and explained the technique thoroughly. She also double checked with me that I was happy to go ahead with the procedure which I thought was important particularly as I had never had any treatment on my face before.
I felt very confident with her and would thoroughly recommend. I am really pleased with the result.

Great location for my treatment with parking close by and not in the city centre which can have hectic traffic. Treatment room bright and clean and comfortable and my doctor who completed the treatment explained everything and was calming and friendly. The treatment was completed over 4 visits and I am thrilled with the results. I would very much recommend this treatment with this company and practitioner

Dr Singh completed my facial vein procedure and I’m delighted with the results. The procedure only took about 30 mins and it’s virtually pain free….( feels like small pin pinch to the face ). I would highly recommend Dr Singh.

From the care before to the after care was superb , nice to have a phone call a few days after treatment to see how I was doing, the doctor and staff at the appointment centre were very welcoming and polite.

Dr Kyle at the Glasgow clinic was very professional. He explained the treatment to me thoroughly and answered any questions I had. I did find the treatment a little painful but it was worth every penny spent and the difference to my face is amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough to anyone considering doing this. I wish I’d done it years ago!

Dr. Ingles is very professional and compassionate. He understood my goals and made sure the treatments reflected that.

In the end it took 4 treatments to get the desired results.

Very happy with the whole process. The call centre people are very helpful, the clinic is easy to find, clean and welcoming. I’ve just had a top up treatment one year after starting my first set. It has made such a difference to the appearance of my skin. I had lots of small clusters of spider veins on my cheeks and nose. I could cover them up, but became frustrated having to wear make up every time I left the house. So I took the plunge and so glad I did, the difference is amazing. Yes it's expensive but when I think of the products I’ve bought over the years, the money wasted desperately trying to colour correct the redness, it’s definitely money well spent. Dr Roser is very friendly and knowledgeable and she put me at ease straight away. I really cannot recommend the Harley St clinic and the Veinwave treatment highly enough!

I have used Dr Newmans clinic 3 times over the last 20 years, for the removal of thread veins. I have always found them to be friendly and helpful, I really can't praise them enough.The most recent visit in Leeds , was with a lovely lady called Veronica, who made me feel at ease, and treated the veins very quickly . I have felt very self conscious about thread veins on my face, since my twenties, so finding out about Dr Newmans clinic and being able to have the thread veins removed gives me confidence, and I dont have to keep covering my face up with heavy make-up. If you are prone to thread veins then depending on how quickly you produce them you will probably need top ups, like me , but 3 visits in 20 years is pretty good. It is an excellent service and the people are very friendly and helpful.

The treatment I received from Dr Badiani for thread vein removal was excellent and I am very pleased with the results. Hardly any pain from the procedure and clear follow-up advice too.

Felt completely relaxed and at ease. Everything was explained very well , I have now had x2 treatments and would definitely recommend.

Really disappointed. The veins on my cheek appeared to had worsened so upon review the Dr said we could try again but also said that my skin may not suit the treatment and laser may be better. Trusting the second attempt, because he was the 'expert' meant I have now ended up in an even worse situation. I'm now scarred and it looks so much worse than before. Emails have proven unhelpful. They refuse a refund, say I signed a form ( I can't remember being made aware of this risk) and ask me to return for a third consultation but there is little point when he has already said my skin doesn't respond well. I certainly wouldn't risk a third attempt! Absolutely gutted and the fact they refuse a refund, when the initial consultation is the assess if your skin is suitable for the treatment, is very misleading. To be left with scarring is not what I expected. To then be told I could 'cover it with make-up' was insulting and the fact nobody made it verbally clear that this scarring is a potential outcome, is appalling. I may be in the minority but it does not mean we should be excluded and a refund is the minimal that should be given. Driving back and forth to 'free' consults is both time and money wasted. I would be really careful before going ahead with this treatment because once they have scarred you, a second attempt, in my case just made it worse, not better.
