A very informative and professional experience. Great results and highly recommended.

I had treatment for my thread veins and I was very satisfied with the results. Before the treatment I was very conscious about wearing shorts and short dresses. But now I feel more comfortable and I recently started to wear those outfits again. I am also very grateful and special thank you for the Dr Roser. She was so compassionate and dedicated to her patients. She clarify my queries and the consultation always be joy. I definitely recommend the clinic. Everyone looked after me well.

Explained to the Dr I don't care about the look of the veins I am trying to see if treating them helps retain function as I have MS and they are worse on my numb leg. The Dr just kept advising that I will get the look I want. After my second treatment my walking was worse and the pushy sales girl advised I need a third treatment as per the Dr and she had booked it already. So trying to get two treatments on one wage despite me being low income and literally disabled. Go elsewhere for treatment. For the price your paying you should get the bare minimum of being listened to.

Fantastic results! I was a little dubious at first as it is not a cheap treatment by any means, however, well worth the cost! I had three sessions and my skin looks better than it has done for years. I have been so self conscious for so long, I just wish I had done this years ago! The admin staff are great and the doctor practitioner was lovely really putting me at ease and was so friendly but still professional. The sessions are quick and only slightly painful in sensitive areas around the nose etc and the redness afterwards soon disappears after a week or two revealing the fab results. If you have been considering this treatment at Dr Newmans, please don’t delay and get booked in. You will be so happy with the results and the care given.

Despite having 2 treatments (which was recommended) the small veins on my face disappeared for around 5 days. The area was scabby for around a week.
I was told that there would be redness to the site and to apply a Rosacea topical cream (which I have - although I don’t have Rosacea).
Once the area healed it remained pink which was to be expected but after only a few weeks the veins appeared again.
A very expensive procedure in my opinion for such a small area of treatment (5p coin sized)
Thoroughly disappointed at the outcome and more disappointed that treatments are so expensive for such a tiny area - total £800
I went to an expert expecting results and unfortunately didn’t get them.

I had a great experience at the clinic, I felt that I was in good hands. Dr Ingles made me feel comfortable straight away, he was professional and thorough and I'm trilled with the result!

Procedure carried out proficiently with enough after care information given.
Location easy to find, follow up care good.

I did a lot of research before making my decision as to where to go to have my varicose/thread veins treated. After spending what felt like forever I finally decided to contact the UK Vein Clinic and I 100% made the right choice. Every step of the way from making the initial phone call to them, to then dealing with Dr Newman's Clinic through to my final appointment I found the service to be very professional whilst friendly.
I cannot say enough positive words about my experience with Dr Deborah Marsh - she literally was absolutely incredible!! She was everything you could possibly want in a doctor - she showed empathy, compassion and was a joy to chat to. I feel so very blessed to have been treated by her :)
In terms of the results, they are incredible - after decades of being too embarrassed to show my legs in public I am finally wearing shorts again thanks to the UK Vein Clinic, Dr Newman's Clinic and of course the fabulous Dr Deborah Marsh. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their veins treated - all round fabulous experience :)

I had three treatments for facial veins around the nose, mouth and chin area. Dr Rosen was very friendly, informative, and gentle! I have noticed a big difference and am very happy with the results. Good follow up aftercare also from the clinic.

I would absolutely recommend going to this clinic for thread vain treatment, it's worked really well and I'm delighted with the results. Dr Otto is definitely the man to see. He has a lovely interesting and knowledgeable manner about him and obviously wants a fantastic outcome for his patients, and he did just that! I would definitely use this clinic again if needed.

From initial contact to final treatment, the team were very friendly and thorough. Everything was explained and all costs open and transparent. The treatment has been successful so far and an aftercare prescription was also issued.
The clinic was clean and treatment was on time every time. The procedure was explained and a check made at the start of every visit. I had three treatments in total. The procedure isn’t completely pain free but is tolerable and the results were clearly visible within a few days. You do get some scabbing and redness but this was also explained beforehand.
I would recommend to anyone suffering with thread veins.

I was concerned about the thread veins and redness of my face. I attended a consultation appointment in Edinburgh and decided to proceed with the treatment. The day after treatment, my face became so swollen and my eyes were almost closed. I called the clinic and also sent pictures. The review from the Dr was that they hadn't seen a reaction like this before. In fairness, I did then receive two further free consultations to discuss the possibility of further treatment. As my condition had worsened due to the treatment, I decided I wanted to try again - this time the Dr would use a nickel point (in case the reaction I had was from the tip material). The Dr did say that sometimes the treatment can be worse, but on the second treatment can improve. My issue is, the Dr Newman Clinic want to charge me full price of £395.00 As I paid this initially, the treatment failed and left my original condition worse-redder and more ruddy cheeks. I also had several patches of bluish looking skin... I would have hoped to receive a discount. One could argue that I should not risk the treatment again and that's a fair point, however, it took me a while to decide to go ahead with treatment and I feel that I need to do it again in the hope that this will make a difference.

IN response to the below reply. I have spoken to several representatives from Dr Newman's clinic. Please see my profile picture for the 'day after' results of my treatment. My first 'free' appointment was arranged to ascertain the 'damage'. Several weeks later, my second 'free' appointment was to assess the results after everything settled-the result of which is a more ruddy complexion...

Lovely doctors and it seems to have worked - but be warned it is really painful (and I have a high pain threshold - gave birth to 3 kids with no pain relief, not even gas and air!!). Luckily it doesn’t take very long…

I found Dr Ingles very professional and friendly and he put me at ease. I’m very happy with the treatment I received and the results are brilliant
