They also didnt give me a refund when I returned 2 items the day after they were received and they were marked delivered by Inpost on the return.
I will avoid this site in future and tell friends not to bother which is a shame as they do have some good quality items.
The website could do with improvements to.

WOW So Simple!
What a quick, simple, great way to sell on items of clothing, accessories that I no longer need, don't fit. To make some cash back. I ordered the bag, it arrived, a large, sturdy, self seal sack so I filled it. I even popped in more branded items I had hanging about that I dont have a use for myself. Now full I sealed it up, popped on the label, arranged the courier to collect it. All done in no time at all. I then browsed the site to look for things I might buy once mine sell on. Definitely recommend.

I was thrilled with the quality of the items that arrived.
I have had no issue with returns, or courier collections.
In terms of selling clothes I am motivated by a desire to avoid waste rather than to maximise my income, and Thrift.plus is great for that.

Avoid. They sell your items for PENNIES.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
I sent one large bag of nice labelled clothing (all VGC) to Thrift MONTHS ago. I used it as an alternative to Vinted and felt comfortable from their advertising that this method of sale would be more financially rewarding. How wrong I was! My balance to date stands at just over £2. They have managed to sell a Whistles T-Shirt for 34p (!!!) and some FatFace shorts for around £1.70. I’m so cross and feel really let down. Don’t waste your time and effort sending nice things to this organisation - take five mins and sell them yourself online.
EDIT: The response suggests this is “completely hassle-free”. It really isn’t. You have to pay for the bag to send your items in and then wait weeks and weeks for any news as to whether they sold. And then you can’t even recover your money until you have at least a fiver in the pot, which is easier said than done when they’re willing to sell your items for 34p.

Return is impossible
Return is impossible, The attached leaflet suggested to use barcode and response from Thrift was to use eBay to return, even if I did not use eBay to purchase and don’t have eBay account. Found returns link, bought a label. Unfortunately selected collection has not happened twice. Now rescheduled collection for the third time and it looks like I need a printed label which I never received just a barcode. Feels almost intentional to make it as difficult as possible. Might find a bargain but don’t expect you’ll be able to return items.

I have used Thrift for the past year or…
I have used Thrift for the past year or so to sell. It’s been ok… you get some money for the clothes. However this time they refused all my bag saying none of the clothes were suitable…. Despite the same brands being accepted a few months prior. Also I asked them to return the bag (at my cost) but they said it had already been recirculated! Despite me emailing within a few days. Additionally, I questioned why an expensive pair of Ariat boots (worn only a few times) had been rejected … no straight answer from them other than they will try to find out….still waiting.

Do not use Thrift to sell
I’m appalled to have learned of my 70+ year old aunt’s experience. She sent bags of good quality and a fair bit of designer/branded clothes months ago. Most if not all of the good quality designer clothes were not listed, apparently because they were unsuitable to sell - there was absolutely nothing wrong with any of the clothes she sent! It appears that the more expensive, designer type clothes are the ones that were deemed unsuitable to sell (even though some of them were brand new & never worn!). The only clothes they ended up listing were the low value high street branded clothes. I’d not bother with Thrift, use Vinted.

If a single thing goes wrong, you’re screwed.
If you buy and the order’s smooth, you’ll love this website. If even the slightest thing goes awry with delivery, or you sell your clothes with a Thriftbag, you’ll hate it.
The customer service is absolutely appalling — it was eleven weeks before I got a useless reply. I’ve shopped here for years but the company is going down the pan since the Founder left; it seems to care 100% for profit and 0% for customers. Agree with other reviewers. I sent some items in that took ages to be sold and they pay you peanuts when they do. One of the items I sent was a Kitri dress that they credited me £6.40 for?? Waste of time! I wish I'd never sent items to them. Stick to selling on Vinted or eBay!

Here’s the thing, every item I have purchased from this site has been excellent in quality and very quickly delivered. I have been thrifting for years and I have now spent more that 600£ in the last five months in this shop. My fear has always been shopping second hand items that are dirty but this has not been the case with Thrift. Every item I purchased arrived as described and in very good condition. Prices are also unmatched. Buy something small to test it, it’s worth your money!

Really poor experience overall - stick to Vinted
Really poor experience overall. I paid £4.99 each for three bags as I needed a clearout. They only take higher end and perfect condition goods so about half of what I sent was accepted and about half was not listed. Overall I sent more than £1k worth of stuff (cost new) including designer items. It took several weeks to list most items and the designer items took almost six months to be authenticated and listed. I was concerned about the quality of photographs and pricing which seemed all over the place but I tried to trust to process. It took months for the first item to sell and the amount earned was less than £3 for a really nice Ted Baker jacket I’d paid over £100 for. The minimum payout threshold is £5. One kenzo jumper (genuine) was asked to be returned to me as it was rejected by the authenticators after six months waiting on hold. When I asked for it to be returned they sent me an invoice for £63.00. Please do yourselves a huge favour and stick to Vinted, eBay, charity shop. This platform is extremely poor and the customer service attitude is shocking.
