This was the first time we have run our event ticketing via a third party and after the no fuss experience I have had with Oliver and his team at Ticketebo we will never manage our own sales again.

The entire experience, from talking through the commission, refunds, page design and set up, web based instructional videos, through to live sales, reporting and on the day scanning issues (which were an error at our end) there was nothing the was not given attention, priority or taken care of super quickly. The staff were always happy to explain things, emails were answered promptly and the final wrap up and payment of the event was done within 48 hours of our market being finished.

A huge thanks to the Ticketebo team - we look forward to working with you all again ok our next event.
