Highly recommend Tickebo! They made it so easy to create an event, share the event, check status updates, sign in event attendees, finalise end of event payments, including the paper trail needed for each department. The customer service was 10/10, from start to finish, they were available and responded immediately. We will be using Tickebo for all future events.

Ticketebo helped centralise our ticket sales for our Sporting Clubs Anniversary event.
Event staff during and after the event were very attentive not only to the organisers but also to customers who had purchased tickets and had issues they needed to resolve.

This is the 3rd year we have used Ticketebo and the service is always of a very high standard. Nothing is ever a problem. The sales side and online portal work very well and the reporting is very clear and easy to understand. The staff provided to work the gate have always able to deal with any issue and are very presentable. The settlement process after the event is very straightforward and completed in a short space of time.
We will be using Ticketebo again.

Always so easy to get our event up and on sale, and very easy for the public to purchase. We particularly love the event app to scan everyone in, and the feature which allows us to find people by name if they don't have email and tickets on their phones lol.

Ticketebo are great! Easy to work with, good communication and excellent customer service. I would love to be able to make small changes to my ticketing page myself but is a small issue as the team can normally action changes pretty fast. Oliver, Morgan, Chloe and the whole team are just the tops!

The biggest problem I had was the report that was generated didn't list the anglers individually and instead listed those that paid individually. This made it difficult to run the competition briefing and weigh in etc. I had to continually chase an angler list on the last day, but as ticket sales ended after ticketebo closed I couldn't get a final list of anglers before the fishing started on Saturday or before the weigh in started on Sunday. Although the data should have been in an easy to use format I spent a lot of time retyping names to get it in a list of final anglers. Definitely room for improvementt next year.

All the team are extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. Amazing group of people where nothing was too much trouble.
