I have been reaching out to ticket web multiple times with no response. The phone number listed is not taking calls. I received 1 email from Teri Lord I responded with 2 minutes and still have heard nothing back it has been over 2 weeks. All I need is a refund for tickets on a canceled concert.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I bought tickets and the artist couldn’t show up due to covid so I got an email instructing me on how to get a refund. I’ve emailed them 5 times and still have gotten no answer so I will be contacting my bank about this since I paid for an event I never attending and they refuse to answer any emails since their phone number doesn’t work.

Ticketweb is scammers and they will steal your money!!!
They will purposely not answer emails and purposely not refund your money purposely and they will steal from you!!

I could give 0 star if I could. They never reply emails or the phone they provide never works. It's impossible to reach customer service of this awful website. I had a concert to go and I got positive for Covid and just wanted to know if I could get a return or exchange for another concert since I can't go. And they simply ignored me. The worst ticket company ever.

It is literally impossible to get customer service for this website. Their phone number has a recorded message saying they don't do phone customer service. They completely ignore any email that you send them. Corporate America at its worst.

Total scam. They emailed me the day before a show saying that the bands I paid to see had changed, with directions on how to email within 24 hours of the show starting to get a refund. Luckily I saw their email as soon as it came in and managed to request the refund, but they haven't processed it or responded once since then. They have no working phone number and refuse to respond to email, so I had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Ordered tickets for Orlando Redbull BC1 not knowing my girlfriend had already ordered tickets to suprise me. Tried calling 30 minutes later to cancel. (phone lines down) I also emailed them, (no response for almost 2 weeks). For them to tell me if the event has passed (duh). No refund is available....although the tickets were nevet used. Straight CROOKS!

I waited to purchase tickets for event 6 days before show. At that time there were no COVID testing or vaccine requirements. 2 days later, 4 days until show, I received an email stating that the guidelines changed and you would be required to show proof of vaccination or negative test. I personally don’t agree with these restrictions and would not have purchased tickets if these restrictions were in place. But I also travel with work and have a very busy schedule and there was no way for me to get a COVID test before show. Most rapid testing facilities are booked up for days and send off tests have been taking several days for results to return.
This company will NOT take calls nor will they return emails. I emailed 4 times with NO response.
As the requirements changed after I purchased my tickets I should get a refund for my order. This company should not be allowed to take money with freely without accountability. Shane on them. I’ll never purchase tickets through them again for any show.

I bought two tickets for a Sam lachow concert and never received my email with the tickets. I’ve emailed their “help” three times with proof of purchase and never got any response. I want my tickets but if they can’t even bother to respond I want my money. This is fraud.

Ordered tickets to Young Dubliners, received tickets to some band I've never heard of in an entirely different month. Emailed five times, no phone numbers to call, was told no refunds in the single email correspondence I've received. So out 160.00, and I have to go watch a crappy band to at least not waste my money.

I bought tickets to attend a show at the Pittsburgh improv. The show was originally scheduled for January. Because of Covid it was pushed to July. I received an email from ticket web explaining how to go about getting a refund. I followed their instructions and I am now being told they cannot do a refund. They rip people off. I will be contacting my credit union in the morning to dispute the charges and present all my evidence.

This is the worst company to buy tickets.
I bought three tickets and I can only used two of them, try to talk to them and they said is not possible to refund my money because they policy. So sad

It's been over a year since the show was supposed to happen. It's not been rescheduled, and there is no info for it anymore. They refuse to give a refund. They do not have any info about the show. The stopped answering my emails. Literally stole my money. This is officially a criminal organization. Avoid them at all costs.

This is yet another review on not receiving a refund for a show that had to be cancelled/rescheduled due to the pandemic.
The show was scheduled on March 19, 2020. In August I was told I would receive my refund in 30-60 days. I followed up in December and got the reply, "we're waiting on the venue" I reached out to the venue, who then reached back out to Ticketweb and my the reply I received today, a year later, was, "We're still working on individual refunds, we appreciate your patience." She also threw in the fact that the show is now rescheduled for November 20, 2021 "if that makes a difference". This makes me wonder if they have any intentions on refunding my money at all.

My advice if you're in my position: Do not give up. Keep trying to get your refund. That is YOUR money. I know it's frustrating and it would be easy to just take the loss, but corporations like this will continue to do business this way if they see they're customers will eventually just roll over. Purchased tickets for Jim Breuer show 4/8/20 - show was postponed until October and ultimately canceled for obvious reasons. Reached out to TicketWeb and the response was they were mailing out. As of 12/13/20 nothing. The TicketWeb support page does not work either. No way to contact them. Out $200 bucks.

Thieves, as everyone has already pointed out. This company apparently has no accountability for paying customers. Took my money a year ago and still have not received tickets, a refund or anything at all for my money. Complete disgrace of a business no one should ever support again. Lots of ticket dealers, these people are thieves.

Bought tickets to see Jim Breuer in Joliet, Illinois. show was in April, postponed to October but eventually cancelled in August. Still no refund. I was told 30-60 days since the announcement of the cancellation. It is long overdue. They were real quick to take my money but not so quick to give it back. Very frustrating.

I bought 2 tickets in December 2019 for a show in April 2020 that was moved to October 2020 that was eventually canceled because of Covid-19 .. on July 16th .. ever since I’ve gotten the email run around about I was refunded but it could take up to 60 business days to process ... still no refund as of today but an email saying check with your bank ?!! What crock of crap is that ??? They got paid as soon as I hit purchase... so a refund should be equally as quick !!! I can’t believe these thieves are alllowed to get away with this crap ....... STIIL !!

TicketWeb is absolute crap. Do not buy through this scam of a service. They will rob you blind.

Do not buy tickets from ticketweb. They refuse to give me a refund for a show that has been postponed since April. They keep telling me I have to wait for them to announce the new date. Well it's been 3 months and they told me there's no time frame for them to announce the new date. Guess they will continue to hold onto my refund for a long as they feel like. Assuming I even get a refund at this point.
