Excellent service given easy to order my product online. Good delivery time within a week very happy with my lg blu ray player very good picture quality in Dolby vision and easy to use.

I sincerely didn’t want to come here to give a bad review because I am also an entrepreneur but I believe my review can help someone and also help the seller get feedback for change. I bought a ninja foodie blender from the Tiedex website on the 7th of January and got the item 10th of January. This item looked opened and dirty looked like it had been used and some items missing. I complained to the seller and he promised to arrange pick up and replace it for me. Till today, I am yet to get a response from the seller for reasons for not picking up on the day they promised to pick up and the item is still not replaced. The whole experience has been draining. If you can avoid this seller please do.

When I started my order I got a whatsapp message and he kept in contact explaining everything so I would have it in time for Christmas A1 service but I got caught for €122 customs which put a big damper on my delivery. I ordered the Basketball Arcade and it was very well packaged and a very enjoyable game enjoyed by all the family. I would highly recommend Tiedex.

they gave me a refund, quickly and without any problems, excellent.

sent wrong item out to the tune of item received was over £100 cheaper then mucked me about supposedly sorting replacement part, then just insisted on taking item back with refund after I said was going to claim through c/card company

I paid in full for the item I bought including delivery but when it arrived UPS the delivery company wanted another €100. I had to pay this to receive the goods.

I purchased this item from Tiedax and it included shipping and delivery. You should not have to pay again. This cost is hidden from the outset.

Excellent fast shipping and communication. But the product was slightly scratched and had some chipping. Doesn't affect the function of the products though. It could've been manufacturer's fault.

Items are as described, delivered as expected.

They list items as IN STOCK - they are not in stock. They take your money and ring fence the money - they don’t bother telling you the item isn’t in stock - you have e to chase them - then they reply and say it’ll be 10 weeks etc. even though it showed as in stock.

Customer service quick to reply and storage box delivered as advised.
Would have been better if 2 person delivery team due to weight of box.

Ordered shed took over 4 weeks to arrive delivery wrong box so had up lift came for shed after 1 week
Still waiting for my shed

Had my money 6 weeks still no shed I would like better communication

Was really unsure cause hadn’t heard of this company before and was buying an expensive keter shed, was a pleasure to deal with them and the price couldn’t be beaten anywhere else will defo recommend
