I placed an order for Lifetime 7ft x…
I placed an order for Lifetime 7ft x 12ft (2.1 x 3.6m) Outdoor Storage Shed with Windows - Model 60282 × 1 on 18/03/22. However, I received Damaged parts (Skylights) and requested for replacement.
Following the delivery of the shed , I assembled it and It took several weeks of chasing for replacement of the damaged parts (skylights) to complete the assembly.
After weeks of chasing up, the courier delivered yet another damaged skylight to me. The most frustrating part was the TIEDEX customer service representative dealing with the issue was ignoring and avoiding to take my calls and overall it's absolutely appalling customer service and I will never recommend/use the service or purchase anything in future from this site TIEDEX LIMITED due to my horrible experience. Till date I received NO apology for the distress and the appalling service.

All lifetime products manufactured in the united states and distribute worldwide
All the lifetime parts come from the United States, there are no local branches to supply parts in the UK
most of the parts come from the united states, we keep them in the UK completed product only but we don't keep any parts in the UK, any parts requested from customer
we will pass electronic information to lifetime company, they will deliver it to the customer by express courier from the united states,
in your case, the first time they sent parts and damaged in transit
and the second time they supplied gain and delivered successfully without any damage
so that's why I delayed

Arrived a week after advertised, then 5 hours after the supposed delivery time on the day. The delivery guys couldn't have been more unhelpful if they'd tried. Didn't apologise for the lateness. Didn't help in any way and unfriendly demeanour.

Great price, fast shipping and helpfull customer service
Ordered a tado heating pack and was worried it was going to arrive while on holiday. The website states it could take 2 weeks which I didn't read before orderingi I hadn't shopped here before but as I looked at reviews many said it was arriving fast and trustworthy. Called the number on the website and the person I spoke to took my details and checked into the delivery, said he would either upgrade postage to next day or put a hold until we were home depending where it was up to. Turns out they posted it already and it arrived on Monday morning (ordered Friday). Great service, great price on the product and customer service was brilliant considering it was my mistake. One change would be to add a tracking I go link so I could have seen what was happening myself.

Great service
I was looking for a pressure washer and placed my order with Tiedex. I was slightly puzzled as they seem to be a clothing company. My product arrived promptly, despite me missing first attemp by the courier to deliver. O unpacking the unit, I found a small, non- critical part to be broken. I advised Tiedex who arranged for the part to be supplied quickly, FOC. Great service all the way.
