Tigermodular Reviews

Amazing company! Straight forward process from design to build. The team did a great job and barely knew they were outside until 2 days later when the unit was up! Couldn’t believe how fast it took, 5 days total!! And it looks superb, very very happy.

We cannot recommend the team at Smart Modular enough. Not only were they incredibly efficient but extremely professional and guided us through every step of the way. We are over the moon with the final result - thank you Smart Modular team - Emma & Freddie.

What a pleasure to have this project done for my house with Smart Modular. From beginning to end, it was a great experience. Ours was installed in 2017, the quality and longevity of the finish is superb. Thank you to all at Smart Modular.

Great product delivered / built very quickly - I use it as my home office and it is a great space.

From initial visit and design process through to completion of the build, we were very impressed by the team at Smart Modular. Questions at any stage and modifications to the design were no trouble, and the building team were great. Start date and duration of build was exactly as had been set out on placing the order. Everyone who has seen the garden room has commented on the outstanding quality and finish. We have no hesitation in recommending Smart Modular.

Really organised team from start to finish. Great quality cabin that we are delighted with - whole family uses it - one of our best investments ever . Thanks Stuart and Team . I recommend you at very opportunity.

Great quality, nice people, worked very hard. Using the building all the time.

Absolutely love my garden studio. The garden room is perfect for what I want and is my little Haven to craft and get arty in. The whole process with Smart Modular was incredibly easy and efficient, such good service from beginning to end they were very helpful. I couldn't believe how quickly the building went up whilst being finished to a high standard.

Excellent job and service throughout. Thank you

From start to finish, I enjoyed the process. From the initial dialogue, through to the site visit and, finally, the build, I don’t have anything but positives to say about Tim, Stuart and the team.

The timescales between agreement of the plot and the build was also very quick, given the increase in demand due to Covid.

Now that the build is completed, I couldn’t happier and would happily recommend to anyone else wanting the same!

I would like to thank the ground team, the project team Paul, Carl, Siobhan, Gary and management team Tim, Stuart, Louise. Excellent service they provided from the start to the final finish and build a brilliant garden room. I love the garden room more than my original house now. I spend most of my time there.

Louise explained my questions patiently and Tim set up a group in WhatsApp and I can ask any questions there and reschedule the time. They are very efficient and helpful to give me suggestion and explanations.
The project team Carl, Paul, Siobhan and electrician Gary are always super friendly, hard-working and explain everything to me. They focus on the project details and finish the impeccable garden room.
Manager Stuart is professional and friendly to help me during the project.

I highly recommend Smart Modular if you want your garden room finished in prefect.

I don't write lots of reviews but Smart Modular really deserved it. From Ms Yan

Great service. Fast and friendly. Decided to go with Smart Modular after receiving a few quotations. Glad we did. Very happy with the finished product. Highly recommended

Did a lot of research before going ahead with Stuart and the Smart Modular team. Extremely competitive on price and very efficient in terms of time. The team was very quick and it was completed in 5 days during Covid. We are very happy with our Garden gym and would strongly recommend Smart Modular.

Super professional and accommodating to your needs,

You won’t regret it!

Couldn't be more happy with our garden office. Smart modular were a dream to work with - faster and cheaper than the big names and the quality is beyond. They were able to work with us to maximise our space, and the result looks fab and works seamlessly.

Smart modular came for a site visit prior to booking, Stuart was very professional and went through everything in detail. As I needed planning permission for the height I required for my business, Stuart and the team applied for planning permission on my behalf then waited for the approval. The team who built my studio was very friendly, efficient and brilliant time keeping, stuck to timelines and presented a great quality building for my business which I’m extremely happy with.

Genuine company offering quality products
Unrivaled in their work ethic.
Highly recommend and cannot fault.

Outstanding from beginning to end. Literally from submitting an enquiry via the website to completion of installation, the Smart Modular team were superb - efficient, professional, exceptional customer care and decent banter too. Just the best experience working with the whole team and the end product is outstanding quality. I wish all companies were so easy to deal with! Can't recommend Smart Modular highly enough.
