The shop itself needs to get it together. I’ve ordered a total of twice and both times the first impression was crap. The pricing is misleading, the quality is crap and the worst part is the wait. I ordered a necklace and a romper for my birthday outfit on the 23rd it originally was supposed to arrive the 28th then it’s the 29th which is my birthday now it says JUNE 4th. Are you kidding me?! The only reason why it has two stars is because I contacted customer service who was incredibly friendly and semi helpful. Unfortunately they wanted me to contact the carrier who doesn’t have the package yet. I’ve been sent around in a circle trying to just get my package's after 6 days. I’m going to be out of state by the time it arrives and it’ll probably get stolen off my porch. Just because I ordered it 7 days prior instead of 12. I now don’t have my outfit for my birthday and my boyfriend and I don’t have the clothes we ordered for the trip. We’re moving so money is very limited and I’m very annoyed that the money I did spend was wasted because now the items I ordered won’t be getting used for what they were meant for.

what a joke of a platform , orders shipped no complaints from customers but because of wrong shipping method tik tok automatically refunds even with tracking ids given , a whole weeks order at our expense , they have no human control over there own platform , will be sticking with ebay

I saw sale items from a well named store in uk, this was saying it was the store (peacocks).
I started putting my details in but stopped because I thought it might be a scam .
Today I looked at my credit card account and saw they had taken two payments in April amounting to over a £100 and refunded £68 in May under the name of tik tok shop uk. I have never given them my address so of course never received anything. I have emailed them and cancelled my credit card. I’m awaiting a reply before taking further action. Be careful. BTW it is a scam there are no Subsidiary shops!

Don't waste your money buying anything from TikTok Shop you may never get it. I ordered a pair of slippers from they went from New York to Texas to Missouri back to Texas and I live in New Jersey. They never arrived. Wind up getting a refund.

Long story short, Tiktok Shop auto cancelled my order, took Klarnas $ (since I tried paying with Klarna) and is making me jump through insane hoops to give the $ back to Klarna so that as of right now I'm still responsible for paying Klarna for a product I will never receive b/c the order doesnt exist. They tried to give me a $10 coupon for poor service from the seller, when the seller had nothing to do with my order being cancelled. After this experience I would stay away from Tiktok shop both as a seller and buyer.

I got everything I ordered as same as on the shop and would recommend it to a everyone as I want to buy more x

Do not buy on tik tok shop. As ordered from L'Oréal they took money I never received goods. They will not resend or refund. And tik tok customer service are doing nothing what so ever to help me get products or refund. Scammers absolute disgrace. They do not care about customers whatsoever. Stay clear as you will lose money

I have not sold or shopped on Tiktoc shop.They sound a lot like eBay. eBay scams both the sellers and the buyers . It sounds like both companies need class action suits on them. This will give Congress even more reason to get rid of Tiktoc all together. I wouldn't sell on Tiktoc or eBay.

Somebody else has linked my email address to their tiktok shop account. I keep telling tiktok it is wrong and that I am getting somebody else's delivery info (including their name, address and postcode) but tiktok won't fix it.

It’s such a rubbish place, don’t sell anything on tik tok shop it’s scam. They closed my shop after customer received there order. I used Royal Mail and I got proof of delivery and told tik tok customer received there order I got proof it’s delivered by Royal Mail. I gave them tracking no and they said we can see it’s delivered but you still need to contact customer and asked have to received the order And I did contact customer but they didn’t reply. Why we need to ask customer if we can see proof of delivery by Royal Mail including customer door pic and Royal Mail deliver location while they delivered. Now customer got parcel aswell and tik tok gave them refund aswell. Please don’t sell anything on tik too shop they are scammer. They are basically digital thief.

Terrible Place...Ordered from TikTok Shop I know Why. Well thought I was getting a good deal the good deal was for the Scam Customer who Screwed me over. I never got What I paid for Yet Again. Contacted Customer Support If there isn't a Phone Number you already know Your Fuc#ed before you Start. No one would Help me. Contacted Seller No response. So now When do I get My Refund or If I get My Refund....Don't Trust Tik Tok.....

Absolute nightmare. This is the 3rd order now from a different seller I’ve had to cancel and get a refund because they don’t seem to be dispatching the items. Feel like there are a lot of dodgy sellers on there. I’ve ordered twice from 2 decent ones but to cancel another order from a different seller for the 3rd time for not sending the items I order is getting ridiculous. Think TikTok needs to access the sellers that use there platform to sell stuff.

Worst and cheap customer service!!!
Never received a parcel, with all the proofs and emails from Evri, which they told me to show them the email where they have to refund me, but instead they just ignore me and send me to the police for 60 pounds!!! Really? Why? Because the driver left it in the communal area and he did not follow the instructions TO NOT LEAVE PARCELS THERE!!!! And they are expecting me to pay for this negligence!!! Never again with this !!! Avoid them!!! If you have a problem they don’t help you at all!!! Send them a lot of proofs and still ignoring me and tell me they can not do anything and send me to the police!!! This is an ignorance from their part!!!!

I ordered some eyebrow sculpt and the product was marked has delivered . I never received any delivery. I spoke with Amelia who was the support agent and she resolved everything. I would order again with tick tock . Thank you Amelia

I suppose I ve been one of the lucky buyers.. The 1st article i bought from tiktok was a pair of 👌👌😍😍TWS WIRELESS EARBUDS.. I purchased them during the lockdown in 2020ish.. I honestly, didn t expect such a good quality; I dropped them on concrete or floors countless times, I stepped on them and hit them by mistake and THEY ARE still WORKING WONDERS even after so many accidents.. Only the battery gets discharged a bit faster nowadays, but it still lasts 2-3 full days. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM

The 2nd order I placed was a CARHOOVER, which unfortunately, I HAVEN T RECEIVED 👎👎.. I just lost my money, couldn t get in touch with the seller, didn t get a refund or the item 😔

The most recent item I ordered has been a KARSEELL COLLAGEN HAIR MASK 👌👌.. It s really good, it leaves the hair smooth, soft and shiny and it smells really nicely.. I 💯 RECOMMEND IT

Ordered three items and one month later still have not gotten my items. They said they would offer me £5 compensation when I get the package.

I am going to have to agree with all the negative comments. I have a tiktok shop and have to say that the seller support is absolutely awful. Buyers can easily return used items and scam sellers, reminds me of ebay really. Would definitely not recommend this platform for selling. And buying either to be honest because there are lot of cheap quality "copy" items which are ruining the tiktok reputation for everybody. Avoid

Very disappointed with quality of the product on tik tok. I have returned everything I bought there. Advertisement shows something good quality, but you receive junk that sort of looks like it. STAY AWAY PPL.

Everything is way overpriced! Do not buy from this site! Products are cheap and way overpriced! Watch shipping charges too! SCAM!
