I received damaged goods from a tiktok seller. The goods were damaged in transit. I could not contact the seller or tiktok due to my account mysteriously disappearing 2 days before I received the damaged items. There is no contact details on any search engines for any tiktok customer service. £70 out of pocket for me as the bank won't entertain any chargeback because I can't contact the seller due to no tiktok account or seller contact details. Amateur business model!

I thought I was getting a good deal but no I got charged £30 more!!! F TikTok!!

Do not buy from these crooks. If it’s faulty they don’t care. No refund. No nothing.

Tested tik tok shop with a cheap product & I was right to trust my instinct .. no delivery. I wont bother again!
Demanded refund

Add good, professional and experienced managers for the drivers.
Add an extra planner for the planning.
Add an ground manager in the hall.
Listen more to the drivers.

At first loved Tik Tok Shop. Shipping does take longer, but hey the prices were so great, right? Wrong...I will never use them again. The items are not as they appear in the advertisement, much more cheap. I'll pay more on Amazon just for the great service. Tik Tok lies and says "Free Shipping" over $25. No they don't! Customer service is the worse. I tried communicating with them about an order. They did not comprehend what I was speaking of; or just pretended. They are always offering discounts 10% here, 25% there. You click on it and it is never applied. Beware they are not a quality company.

I used the TikTok shop to purchase an iPhone and after an issue with being sent an I item I complained to TikTok shop and they did absolutely nothing to help me and did not even read the dispute. It’s an absolute disgrace that they have this lack of care for their customers.

Tiktok shop is trying to tarnish my business and discriminating with lies because of my reviews that I been writingon them. Now after someone placed order with me they go freeze the product and say like I'm selling "Possible Counterfeit Product" now these same products are inside my website. They don't even give a valid reason at all and they decisions be final it's like they don't take the time to look etc... Now this is my brand and my real business that I have papers to do what I do for my business. That's falsely tarnishing my business when others are selling the same thing as me. One thing I noticed was once someone purchase from me it's some that's behind my account trying to stop my business. One thing about it I have a website and that's onething they can't take from me! I don't need tiktok shop I am my own tiktok shop. I'm not about to beg to be selling on there platform. That's why I see all lot of big black business owners not using the tiktok shop and if they are they not letting their face be shown and nobody knows its them. I use to root for TiTlktok I even would tell my 150K followers about them but not no more. I would expect this from Facebook. I have never had this problem and been in business since 2012.

I ordered a product from a tt shop, payment was made then nothing!!!!
My payment was taken yet I didn’t receive a confirmation of the order, so obviously no details.
From there on I contacted customer service and that was little or no help.
The shop that I bought from was either extremely incompetent or a complete scammer.
I will not be fooled again.

Do not sell on tiktiok shop. You will regret of selling on this platform. They just keep giving violation point without a reason. Even selling like general product. They give violation point and threaten you to deactivate the shop. I got violation point for selling back strecher. This is not illegal, this is not medical product. I explained everything. But customer support is just useless. They don't know anything. They work for just to tell you bu l sh i t. If you apeal for the violation you can never win. Because its just the system declines you. This is just awful platform. I think it's a biggest scam to steal your money.

Never believed a you could create a worse marketplace than Amazon, but TikTok have nailed it! 10x less demand than Amazon, they put order limits on your account for no reason, seller support is absolutely useless - we just get the same automated responses back. I would have thought TikTok Shop would be working hard to provide a better experience than Amazon seller, but they don't seem to care at all. Don't even bother with TT Shop, just direct traffic to your website or back to your Amazon listing.

I’m a seller on TikTok shop. My store were closed by TikTok for no reason customer service was horrible they even were not able to explain why my store were closed. My payment is frozen!!! Stay away it’s scam they just take your money and kick you out!!!!

Creative Content: Content creators on TikTok are highly creative. Able to produce highly engaging and engaging content
Trust: Working with content creators who have real followers. Can add credibility and confidence to the brand.

Absolute joke of a platform. I've been selling online for 25 years on ebay with very little issues. But this platform has accused me of selling knock offs, counterfeit goods and not having brand authorisation from brands like Vans (despite showing them actual Vans invoices) Eventually my account got deactivated. You can appeal the violations but it is not an appeal against a human, its again a dumb BOT so you never win. Customer service is a joke. Absolute joke of a platform who are only interested in people selling volume of cheap foreign tat and not professional sellers. Only wish i could give less than one star !!!
Would NEVER recommend this platform for selling.

Tiktok IS BAD For Business

I am a Seller Shipper on Tiktok platform. I shipped my customers orders on time. The orders arrived to the customer. Tiktok refunded one of my customers payment for the item received 3-days after it arrived. I showed screenshots, and tracking proof of the delivered orders several times. Tiktok is holding my payments for two orders. And the customers have the products. Customer service is unprofessional and is intentionally not fixing the issue. It looks like a scam selling on Tiktok platform.

Biggest fraud and scam platform . Do not try to sell on this platform otherwise you will close your business.Tik tik supports fraud and scam from buyers . Parcel delivered and signed by customer + photo. After 5 min opened case that he did not received the parcel , after 20min TikTok refunding buyer not sure for what reason. Fighting for money now.
Another customer also did not received the item ( all delivered , signed and photo ) - he quiclky changed his case for no longer needed. We never received our parcel back . Tik tok refunded buyer - figthing .

And few other parcels same story.

Around £3k are no frozen just in few orders. Not sure how long it will take to get money back. Support is dead end. always sending scripted automated message that they still investigating something.

Absolute BS what they are doing. From our short expierience seems that TikTok UK has internal people in their support who is helping to commit fraud for the buyers.
If you want to sleep at nights - just avoid this crappy platform .

As a seller I am reporting my lost Shop seller account for more than 1week now but until now it was not recover and it auto changed for a new one.. How can I withdraw my money if you closed my seller shop account but the tiktok account is still working..

Never buy from tik tok ,paid £48 for 2 stools , one you purchase an item there is no trace of it anymore , no support from tik tok , your money has gone and you have no way to get it back , it’s the worst place on the net to buy from , Never again 🙈

Worst seller support,
Made a sale and customer returned the product after using and damaging it and tiktok support decided to issue a refund and confirmed us we will be reimbursed but it's been almost 3 months. We receive a notification every other day since 20th of November that the team is looking into this matter and will get back to us with an update.
It's been 3 months and they are unable to reimburse for the refund they issued, also they confirmed it already.

Buyers beware!!! I made a purchase from tic tok and never received my purchase or my refund!!!!!
