We purchased a Otti mirror cabinet and…
We purchased a Otti mirror cabinet and it was delivered fairly quickly to our regional location. We already had one from two years ago and although this was the same model, it looks the same but the timber backing of the mirror door was not splayed like the original meaning it is more difficult to open. Tilemall’s transaction was good.

bought tiles that were in stock at the time of purchase to only find out by email days later that they are not in stock or available for weeks.
Also, the returns/restocking fee is a shocker after spending thousands on tiles...

We’ve checked our system and the samples were dispatched 2 days after your order, and Australia Post records show they were delivered around 30/12. It appears delivery may not have been successful (may because no one was available or there was no safe place to leave the parcel), so Australia Post has taken the parcel back to a nearby local depot.
We recommend checking your tracking details or contacting Australia Post to arrange collection or re-delivery.

Loved the tiles, bad shipping experience
Loved the tiles, well priced and look amazing. However if your'e getting these freighted to WA, allow for time. Even though the website stated at time of purchase they had them in stock ready for dispatch, it took 8 days for them to actually dispatch (which I don't understand as the website states a 2 hr click and collect timeframe from their warehouse, so confused as to why it took 8 days to ship an in stock item) . Then it took another full two weeks for delivery to Perth as they use rail. This was after me calling the courier company to push the delivery along as I could see they had been sitting at Perth depot for 3 days. This is more just a warning to allow for extra time with tilemall especially if you live in WA

For this order, the stock needed to be transferred from another local warehouse to our dispatch point before it could be sent out, which is why dispatch took longer than expected. WA deliveries can also take extra time in transit , and depot handling can occasionally add delays as well.
We truly appreciate you sharing this as a heads-up for other WA customers, and we’ll also take your comments on board to improve our dispatch communication and timing.

Easy website to order from, great communication from the company regarding having 2 mirrors shipped to WA. I haven't received them yet as I've only just ordered them, but they were shipped quickly, their price was better than others and the shipping wasn't ridiculous.
