Thank you for the Tiles. High quality Contacted the sales team, mo was able to split the order over a month as I didn’t have much space to store in our garden.

Great customer service and beautiful product. Great value for money. I highly recommend the frosted ice onyx tiles.

I’m very pleased with the tiles and with the communication with the seller

I absolutely love these beautiful tiles – they're just what I wanted! They should make my new kitchen look incredible. A huge thanks to Mo & Chris for his exceptional support when I was ordering. The customer service was truly brilliant. He kept me well-informed regarding delivery.

Horrible delivery service plus the tile they don’t look like in pictures. Costumer service they didn’t email me back after i told to them about the problem. I will not order any more from you

Great products but delivery too expensive.

Great communication, product as described and as requested delivery arrived on time.
Great service

I love my tiles which will look stunning after the builder has refurbished my bathroom.

However, the delivery method leaves much to be desired. After a few days I started to check on the web site to see if my tiles had been despatched. According to the web page they were still being processed, whatever that meant. After approximately 10 days, I emailed to ask when delivery might be, but had no response. They are impossible to contact! After about 2.5 weeks, I received an email to say I'll be receiving a consignment! When they arrived it was on a forklift type apparatus on a pallet! This pallet was left to me to dismantle and take to the local dump! I am a 66 year old woman with a very painful back! Luckily i had a male freind that could help. He had to use his power tools to break down the pallet to get in his small car to take to the dump. Before my freind could arrive it started to rain which degraded the cardboard the tiles were kept in. Therefore less protection. When bringing them in we found a lot of the tiles corners had snapped off. I'm just hoping there's enough whole tiles to do the job!

I had no idea they would be delivered this way, and would have gone somewhere else if I'd known.

The tiles are lovely, but communication with these people and the way they do business is atrocious. Make sure you understand how the delivery works.

Chris helped us out so much, sent out cut samples and very quick replies
