Order made on 8/10 never sent but money taken out of my account immediately.
Received 1 update on 8/11 of a delay. It said all orders going out 9/4 along with email notification. To date, no email or order. Shirts for 9-11 Memorial were ordered which is tomorrow. So much for that.
Obviously a scam, I started a AMEX payment dispute.

They completely suck! An embarrassment to veterans. We are hard workers that honor our word and respect others, this company is the epitome of everything a veteran doesn’t stand for.

I ordered several shirts for 9/11 at the start of August. Zero feedback on order status. I’ve reached out several
Times by email and phone. Only stock email responses that do not address anything and no calls back.

Avoid this scam company with everything you have. Complete BS scamming customers.

If I could leave a lower ranking I would. I’m reporting them as a scam to the credit card company on 09/10. This has been a nightmare.

I would never give another penny to this company, they advertise a 9/11 shirt but send it when it won't arrive until after 9/11. This company doesnt care about veterans. I bet there is not a Veteran working there, they probably all have dishonorable discharges if there is. This is pathetic.

Order status has not been updated for weeks, only automated responses to email and Facebook messenger. I am having to dispute my order with my credit card company. I would warn anyone about trying to place an order with them.

I would have given 0 stars, but unfortunately the system doesn't allow it. This is my first and last time I'll do business with this company. I ordered 2- 9/11 t-shirts on 8/16. I've yet to receive them. I bought them specifically to wear at a commerative event. Just received an email 9/8 that there getting my order ready to ship. I love to shop organizations that support the Veterans, but this company missed the customer service mark. 😞 Update: i just received my t-shirts 9/10, so I'll be able to wear on 9/11. The shirts are really nice and the T's are made of quality material. I can't give 4 or 5 stars as the communication was so pure. I appreciate the mission, but they gotta work on delivery time and customer service.

Ordered three 9/11 shirts on 8/13. Haven’t received anything. Email I received stated they would ship on 9/4. That day has come and gone. Still nothing. Sad to think this company is not what it seems to be. Going to dispute with credit card.

I would give this company a zero if I knew they wouldn't delete the review. I ordered a 9/11 womens tshirt on the 15th of August. Paid for the item and shipping and never received it, or notification of the item being shipped. Ive emailed the company 3 times with absolutely no response. Don't ever support this company

Placed an order (**55683) with them on August 07 - As of today (September 03) no product has been delivered and three emails with requests for an ETA remain unanswered.
I will contest the order amount with my credit card company.
Deeply disappointed that this company paints itself as supporting service members and their families but in reality acts unethically and with disdain for their customers.

Low & behold, after filing a dispute with my credit card company & writing this review. I FINALLY get an email that my shirt was being shipped. I just received it. I'm still not convinced this is a reputable company & will never order from them again.

Charge is not correct (at first I received alert it was declined in one amount but shows a lesser amount actually went through on my credit card statement)which makes me suspect fraud. No response to my numerous emails for 3 weeks. No merchandise received. Filed a dispute with my credit card company. I don't believe this is a valid company.

I bought the 25th Anniversary of September 11 shirt. They kept me updated about my shirt. I’m happy with my purchase.

I guess my story is like the rest: I got scammed. I ordered a 9/11 shirt at the beginning of August and haven't received anything.

Do not buy anything from this business! They only shipped half of my order and have not responded to my numerous emails. I tried calling and their phone number provided isn’t valid. I have contacted my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would.
August 10th, I ordered the 911 Anniversary T and never got it. Of course, the money was taken from my card immediately. I have tried contacting them by email and phone, but haven't heard a word. The money is beside the point. Although I am not a vet, I was there in New York on 9/11, it was terrifying! It is disgusting that someone would use such a horrible thing to STEAL money from people. I want to make sure everyone understands what kind of company this is. DO NOT ORDER! They are THIEVES

Ordered item and then they went silent. Never shipped the item, never responded to emails or voicemails. Place is a fraud. Don’t buy from them, save the headache and go to Grunt.

If I could give Zero Stars I would. I ordered the 25th Anniversary of 9/11 shirt for my husband. This is the response I received when checking the status of my order.

“We are currently producing and shipping our 9/11 Tribute tees. Our Brand Promise is to process orders within 48 hours, and 1-7 business days for shipping (excluding holidays and weekends). All Til Valhalla Project tees are silk-screened in-house at our facility by Veterans and Patriots”

It has been almost 1 month since my order was placed. I send an email daily and as of the last 2 emails I am now being ghosted.

This company is a SCAM!!! They take your money and never deliver the product or service you paid for.

I can’t speak on the quality of their products because I’ve never received my order. I have emailed multiple times and contacted the company through social media. I cannot get a response from anyone in the company. I suggest just donate your money to charity yourself instead of handing them money to pocket.

Paid money, was supposed to get 9/11 shirt by 8/13. Nothing. Sent email after email and total crickets. Shame on these people for using an American tragedy for their own gain and saying they are veterans is even worse. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!!

Ordered three shirts and only received one. I was charged for all three tho. Emailed 4 times so far with no response. Based on other recent reviews I guess I should feel fortunate I actually received anything. I will be emailing everyday until I get a response or blocked and I will be filing a claim with my card provider.

I ordered several 9/11 commemorative t-shirts as gifts on 8/18. I have emailed them three times 8/21, 8/24, & 8/26) for shipping updates, but no responses. They also do not have a phone number to call?

Just checked my credit card and they billed me on the same day of the order! Notified AMEX to dispute the charge and pending fraud case.
