They lost me as a customer / future customer despite my appreciation for their mission and message. I ordered 9/11 shirts with 30 days + lead time. Credit card billed right away. 3 1/2 weeks later, got an e-mail about how they were surprised by how many orders they received. Basically told me I wasn't going to get the shirts I ordered. Big fat "F". Waiting on my credit card refund. Probably months out, I would guess.

BE AWARE!!! This is not an American Company! They do a great job of making it look like they are and they also take donations for veterans.
I’m concerned this is a Chinese company taking your money and masquerading as an American company stealing the valor of American Veterans.

THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE TO OUR VETERANS!!!!! I placed a order on 8/1/26 for $150 I sent TVP 2-3 emails about one of the shirts they sent me some automated email that didn't answer my question nobody would respond to me personally and I also left 2-3 voice messages and nobody answered the phone nor return any of my messages so finally 3 weeks after my order was placed I asked to cancel my order because there was nothing about my order be shipped from shop.com and no email or anything about my order remind you this was 3 weeks after I placed my order this is flat out embarrassing that this company is veteran owned I love my country and the people who did and are serving for my country. I just can't believe whoever owns or manages these company thinks this is acceptable and nobody could return my emails or voice messages I would really think twice before anybody orders from this company!

I have reached out to this company many times with no response. I ordered 7 shirts with no delivery status. They are quick to take your money. I will be contacting my credit card company to charge it back.

As a veteran, I try to support companies who choose support veteran needs and causes. I thought the mission of this company was honorable. My first purchase from the company was fantastic. Arrived quickly and the products were good. I saw the ads for the 25th anniversary of 9/11 and decided to purchase one plus two others. That was 4 August. Multiple emails and phone calls later, nothing. I guess I'm going to go the same route I did with Mars and contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction. It sickens me to do this. If you want to help veterans, honor your commitments.

I ordered 2 of the 25th anniversary 9/11 t shirts and only received one shirt been emailing for over 2 weeks have had zero response from the company left a message on the phone number nothing ?? Do not recommend them

Their service to this customer has been laughable! Wrong items delivered and incorrect charges for products i did not order. It was at a level that makes me wonder if it was a scam. They have a noble mission...they just can't deliver on it!

I'm giving this review because I was scammed by another company on Facebook that said that they were Til Valhalla. The shirts I received were absolute crap however they actually came from a site called United Patriotic and have no affiliation with Til Valhalla. After finding that out I disputed the charge and got my money back. I then ordered shirts from the real Til Valhalla Project and they're great I'll definitely be buying more.

I had ordered a couple of t-shirts without having any prior dealings with and despite the less than average ratings. Well, the ordering process was simple, the prices are competitive, shipping kept me informed at every step, and was ahead of schedule. The shirts were good quality, and true to size. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I placed an order for $125 on June 7. Today, July 9, the order still has not been shipped, even though the payment has already been taken. It has been impossible to get in touch with the company. I have tried contacting them several times by email, filled out their contact form, and reached out to them on Facebook, but I have not received any response.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! You put an order and never get your product!
Nobody answers the phone, return emails, messages, no refunds, nothing! They just take your money.

There is a lot of legit ways to help our Veterans.

I ordered two shirts online on June 15, 2026 needing them by the 4th of July. They arrived on June 24, 2026, but the women's shirt was much smaller than expected. The same day it arrived, I emailed the company with my order number, purchase date, and requested an exchange in accordance with their published exchange policy.

After receiving no response, I began calling the phone number listed on their website during their posted business hours. Every call went straight to voicemail without even ringing. Between Wednesday and Friday, I called approximately 15 times, and I tried again on Monday with the same result. I also sent multiple follow-up emails, none of which have received any response.

As a veteran myself, I wanted to support what is advertised as a veteran-owned company, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Everyone can make a mistake, but completely ignoring a customer who is simply trying to exchange an item is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I cannot and will not ever recommend this company. They need to improve their customer service and communication because customers deserve better.

This is beyond disappointing—it’s disrespectful.

I had no problem receiving the bracelet I paid for, but that’s not why I’m writing this review. Nearly two months ago, my soldier’s sister submitted a request for a memorial bracelet to honor her. We were told it would be ready the following week. Since then, we’ve sent multiple emails asking for an update and have been met with silence.

For an organization whose entire mission is supposedly about honoring our fallen heroes, your actions tell a very different story. How can you build a brand around “Til Valhalla” while ignoring the very families and friends trying to honor someone who made the ultimate sacrifice?

Delays happen. What is unacceptable is repeatedly ignoring people who are simply asking for an update. It takes less than a minute to send an email explaining there’s a backlog. Instead, we’ve been left feeling like our soldier’s memory isn’t worth the courtesy of a response.

Your marketing constantly talks about never forgetting the fallen, yet you’ve forgotten the people waiting to memorialize one of them.

This experience has completely changed my opinion of your organization. If you’re going to build your reputation on honoring our nation’s heroes, then act like it. Respect isn’t measured by your social media posts or merchandise—it’s measured by how you treat the people who trusted you to honor someone they love. Right now, you’ve failed to do that.

I orders 4 shirts of different colors but the same shirt. They sent me the same color. I have attempted to get a hold of them about 10 times with zero responses. They gotta be sham veterans. No veterans would act like this.

Follow-Up:
After filing a complaint with the BBB, Til Valhalla Project reached out to me directly and provided immediate and excellent customer service. I truly appreciate the care they took in resolving the issue and making sure I was heard.

I continue to love this brand’s mission of honoring veterans and promoting mental health awareness. It’s a message I fully support and want to keep sharing with others.

Just a heads-up for future customers: I highly recommend ordering one size up and, if needed, intentionally shrinking to get your best fit.

A friend originally recommended Til Valhalla Project to us because of their mission, message, and the quality of their shirts. Based on that, I ordered a shirt for my husband, which he loved.

We were so impressed that I added Til Valhalla to his Christmas list, and he received another shirt as a gift from a family member. More recently, I ordered a third shirt for him myself.

After washing the newest purchase (following all care instructions), my husband then informed me that he could no longer wear any of his Til Valhalla shirts — all had shrunk significantly and were now too tight.

I had ordered the newest shirt as a surprise, so I didn’t realize at the time that his earlier shirts had already shrunk after washing. Unfortunately, by the time we realized there was an issue, we were past the 60-day return window for the Christmas purchase (and likely for the earlier shirts too).

While being outside the 60-day window was one issue, the bigger problem was Til Valhalla’s policy that only "unwashed" items are eligible for return. Expecting customers not to wash clothing before discovering defects is completely unreasonable.

Nowhere on their website is there any warning that their shirts will shrink dramatically — essentially a full size — even when care instructions are followed.

I explained the situation very clearly in my first email. Instead, I received a generic reply referring me to their return policy, which says items must be in "Original New Condition" and pass a "Quality Verification" before being accepted for return.

Realizing now, it's clear they know there is a problem with their product quality, since their policy requires items to be unwashed to be eligible. This completely ignores the reality that after just one wash, following instructions, the products became unwearable.

My husband is a Marine, and Grunt Style — another veteran-focused company — offers true 100% satisfaction, no restocking fees, no “unwashed” clauses, and provides military discounts as a meaningful way to honor service. Til Valhalla Project does none of those things despite promoting a mission centered around honoring veterans.

We fully intended to support Til Valhalla Project long-term — even subscribing — but after this experience, we will not be doing business with them again.

I truly wish this experience had been different.

Scam company. Two day delivery doesn't apply toward the 10-15 days of processing I was informed today. I helped a friend order this for her husband. It was the only thing that he wanted. 20 days later, no product, despite their 2-day shipping written all over their website. It was supposed to be a birthday gift on Thursday. He died this morning. She plans on using it if it ever arrives to pick up the dog poop in the yard.

Excellent company, excellent philosophy. Shirts ordered arrived timely and are great quality. Even better is how they give back to veterans.
