Timber Windows Essex Ltd Reviews

Timber windows supplied my garden room with French doors, a front door and 8 windows some including safety glass. From the beginning it was easy to discuss what I wanted with Tim on the telephone followed by a site visit. Although not the cheapest of quotes I decided that the quality would be very good and I was right. The finish was excellent and the fitters couldn't be faulted. Very happy with the finished result.

Timber Windows as a company were very easy to deal with, whether it was with the showroom people in advance of the installation, the "office" personnel before and during the work (tweaking our requirements where necessary to get just what we wanted) or the fitters on site. They carried out the installation with the minimal amount of disruption for us, and made sure to clear up everything as they went along. They were polite and pleasant to deal with - always a bonus! The resulting windows look very impressive with a noticeable noise reduction. We would definitely recommend them.

Timber Windows were very helpful from enquiry right through to installation. They completed the job with care & on time.

Excellent installation of 3 doors. Very tidy, polite and efficient workers. No hesitation in recommending Timber Windows Essex.

We’ve used Timber Windows many times over a good few years.
Their product is outstanding as is their installation and after care service.
We would very happily recommend them.

entire customer experience was excellent as was the process through installation .

first class product installed by a very attentive team

We were extremely happy with the whole process and the outcome.

Good advice, great product offering and high quality installation. A positive experience from sales to installation. Can highly recommend.

After checking with a few different companies we opted to use Timber Windows as the product did appear to be the best. They are pricey but you get what you pay for with no problems at all during the whole process. Very happy with the end result and would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

I am totally thrilled with my new front door, exceeded all expectations. Beautiful finish that has transformed my house both inside and out. Excellent team of fitters, professionals, with an eye to detail. Highly recommend this company, wouldn’t use anyone else in future. Thank you Timber Windows.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We went round a few companies and Timber windows were a clear winner. They provided such a professional service from the word go. Rob from Saffron Walden branch went above and beyond to help us choose what we want. Tim helped navigate our indecisiveness with colour etc and the two lads that provided instillation were nothing short of exceptional.
I would fully recommend without reservation and will be back to order my windows in due course

Beautifully made products and fitters with an eye for detail. Will be using Timber Windows Essex Ltd again

We are delighted with our Timber windows and doors. The whole experience has been brilliant. Excellent help and advice when we first visited the showroom, also throughout the ordering process. The house visit by the engineer was thorough and useful for making the final decisions. The fitting team, led by Steve, were amazing! The quality of the products and fitting are fabulous. Thank you very much indeed for providing such lovely timber windows and doors which have transformed our house both inside and out. The garage doors are particularly beautiful and much more secure. Our house is much warmer. We look forward to working with you again later next year when we hope to be able to purchase a beautiful timber front door to complete our building project.

Excellent service and product

Excellent service from start to finish. Could not be happier with the job done.

We chose Timber to replace most of our sash windows in our late victorian house and a new front door. We were anticipating significant upheaval and mess. However, the installers turned up on time, worked quickly and left no mess or damage.
There were a few issues with the initial installation: some gaskets needed replacing to make some of the windows close properly but this was done without fuss and, again, to the indicated timescales.
The windows and the door are great, and have maintained the house's appearance. The door has enhanced it.

Excellent product and very efficient throughout.

We have used Timber Windows Essex last December for the second time. They are honestly a great company. Very professional and well organised. So happy with the quality of the windows. We highly recommend them. Great customer service.

We reseached the market extensively for our new front door and TIMBER WINDOWS ESSEX LTD has exactly what we wanted. The installation and aftercare has been superb. I thoroughly recommend their extensive range and helpful selection service.

When we bought our house we new we would have to replace both sets of French doors. We found Timber Windows had a showroom in Colchester so we popped along and had a look. We chose the design, the colour and asked for a specific arch the glass. They then gave us a quote, we said yes they sent an engineer to measure up. They gave us a date and installed them. Everyone from the showroom to the engineers and office staff were great. Well done guys great job
