Timber Windows Essex Ltd Reviews

Outstanding service from start to finish. The Aluco door looks great, and the finish by the fitters is first class.

Fantastic service. Door is beautiful. Contact throughout to ensure smooth installation. Fitters were excellent. Can’t speak highly enough of this company for service and products.

Superb products and outstanding customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. Paul and Steve the fitters were fantastic.

From our initial visit into the Saffron Walden showroom, liaison with the Operations Manager and the installation itself everything was handled highly efficiently and professionally. Thank you so much.

From my first visit to the showroom to the instillation of my new door, the information, advice, workmanship and general efficiency of the staff was first class. The quality and appearance of my door is far better than I imagined or expected. I would, without hesitation recommend Timber Windows.

From beginning to end 5 star service.

Cannot recommend customer service, product and super fitters highly enough.

From beginning to end dealing with Timber Windows was such a good experience, thank you so much.

Beautiful door, so much nicer in looks than a PVC.
No breezy wind coming through like our old door, seems to score well on reducing outside noise too.

Fitters did an excellent job, plus very tidy, so thanks.

Delighted with our new door. The staff at the Saffron Walden showroom are excellent. Knowledgeable, patient when you ask lots of questions and know exactly what style of door and colour will suit your property. I rarely give 5 stars but this company's customer service, design and workmanship is superb. I particularly liked the fact that they have showrooms so that you can see their marvellous range.

Excellent product and excellent friendly service.

So pleased we used Timber Windows. Excellent service, everything worked out well. Sliding doors are absolutely brilliant as is our new back door. The fitters were brilliant and did a superb job. Wonderful service from start to finish

We are very pleased with our new front door, which is a Moorbank style with side panel and Kathedral glass, with monkey tail handles and a Shakespeare knocker. Rob Oxley at Saffron Walden guided us through the selection process so that we could choose the perfect style for our house. The installation went without a hitch and the fitters cleaned up nicely afterwards. The quality of the door and fittings is outstanding, and I'm sure that there will be no need to call on the warranty. All of our neighbours have said how nice our new door is! We would definitely recommend Timber Windows to anyone considering replacing their doors or windows.

Polite, helpful staff at all stages of the purchasing of windows for my old house. Arranged dates to suit me and always on time. My windows have been admired by several of my neighbours. I would definitely recommend this company to other people in Essex.

Exceptional Customer Service. From start to finish, the whole process was seamless. Excellent quality door and a problem free installation. Timber Windows Essex runs the way a company should be run. They were always quick to respond with any query. We will be using them again and again for our house projects. Highly recommend. Thanks to Tim and the rest of the team.

Very pleased with our door. Fabulous, quality product and expert installation. Well worth the investment and highly recommended.

Outstanding from start to finish!
I never leave online reviews EVER- Apart from now!
The Operations Manager was extremely helpful (and patient), The Owner was very accommodating and the fitters Steve and Paul were brilliant! Very polite, and considerate fitters with fantastic attention to detail -I cant recommend them all highly enough. Thank you !!!

The whole business of choosing a new door for an old house is not easy but Timber Windows were there all the way to help with suggestions and thoughts. The final product is excellent both in quality and appearance. Not cheap but worth it in the long run to have a company who take care of you, even after the last payment has been made.
