To cancel you need to contact their support. After confirmation that my subscription was cancelled, I got another invoice in a few weeks. Takes too much time just to cancel.

Unethical software!.
Extreme micro management. It doesn't only take screenshots but also actual photos of the employee via webcam.
Business owners using this software better know that your employees working for you are just all about money.

when companies offer businesses monitoring software, you don't expect for those companies to monitor YOU as soon as you join for a demo. Gave nothing but my email address and suddenly called me from the US (Im in EU) with my first name and mobile phone. Not cool.

I wonder what other info the software sent to them from the PCs we download the software to.

We're been using Time Doctor for a few years to manage our employees. I don't know what we would do without the software. It gives us the ability to look into tasks/screenshots, without asking employees. It also integrates well with our project management system.

I have no bad words to say about TimeDoctor. The app helps me keep track of the work hours I do, tasks I perform, and even the breaks I take, at any day of the week. It was all-good.

Time Doctor was recommended to me by a large company I know. I've been using it to track my virtual assistants since 2016 and I can't fault it. We track tasks and time and I can easily see what I need to pay them with the payroll report every month.

I remember when I first started using TD to track my staff, their productivity miraculously went up :)

Some people like being able to see screenshots of their staff's screen and others don't and believe it's too much of an intrusion. This can easily be enabled or disabled to your liking. I have them enabled and I've only really checked them once when it was necessary. A new staff had been logging extra overtime hours without extra productivity. After this had been happening a while I checked the screenshots and they revealed he was logging time while using facebook and watching world cup soccer. In this case Time Doctor made it easy to immediately fire him. Since then I have a great team and I never check screenshots, but they're there if I need them.

My staff are used to using TD and find it easy to use. They know it's mostly there to track their time worked, as they are full time but I pay them per hour worked.

Even better now that Time Doctor have an integration with ClickUp, my guys can easily track time to specific tasks they're working on.

Timedoctor was the essential tool for me to get my business off the ground. When I was starting I couldn't afford paying rates of potential employees in my area, so I had to hire remote employees. Timedoctor was helping me understand what my staff and freelancers were really doing. Up until this day I'm happy to operate without office and all due to Timedoctor reports and articles with suggestions of running a remote team.

Its a time saving software and I love using it to manage my team across the world.

This is the best time tracking software I have used! The ability to track time against multiple levels of projects/tasks on multiple platforms is great. Being able to use the desktop application, web and mobile interfaces which are synchronized seamlessly makes for accurate billing and reporting of my daily activities. Further, its integrations to external systems makes it easier for me to prioritize my day and efficiently track time without multiple redundant updates.

Time doctors writes that XE Trade can be one of the way to transfer Canadian $$ to Columbia...it is false!
So I wonder what else is false on time doctor's web??

We have JIRA Integration enabled for TimeDoctor. Most of my team members have a head ache with this tool. Every time we ask guys from Timedoctor, they respond with robot like response like 'Did you clear you browser cache" and re-enable the integration. JIRA status says "Available" . . . Please stay away from this tool . . . as we have log time against our JIRA task, it breaks frequently and it forces us to manually log our time.

This tool/app is very useful in monitoring time of remote workers. Payroll can also be attached with this app and becomes easier for HR to pay employees and monitor work.

I have been using Time Doctor since 2015 and it's been a great tool for my business. I have an investment management firm. Although we charge our clients based upon a percentage of assets under management, we use Time Doctor to track time spent on each client to make sure we are profitable for each client. The phone app works great and the desktop report feature is very robust

Time Doctor saves my time and lets me be more professional with reports to my customers. Also lets me comfortably control my employees.
I very like to see a lot of service integrations. Integration with Zapier lets me see all parts of my projects in Time Doctor.

I’ve been using TimeDoctor for over 3 years now as an employee and previously used it 1 year as a manager (in fact, it made such a difference when I was managing my own team that we had to make the switch to TimeDoctor after I kept recommending it over the software we were using before) and only have praise for their product. Having a detailed report of how have I spent my time on a given working day/week/month is invaluable to me and my employers. Being able to break down the time spent in my computer, doing a particular task or in a specific app helps me figure out the things I need to prioritize when I stray away. Adding manual time for those situations when you’re still working but not necessarily in front of the computer is a breeze. The payment integration they offer means that my team and I do not have to wait days for our payroll to be processed, it’s all there calculated and ready to be completed right away, this takes away unnecessary hassle from the employer and keeps employees happy. Their system being down? Honestly, in these 4 years total I’ve been using their product have only had a couple times where I experienced any issues, and couldn’t be happier with their support, the resolution speed, and the fact that their time tracking tool kept working and clocking my hours locally on my computer while their service was being restored.

Give TimeDoctor a try, it may sound cliché but I can seriously not recommend them enough!

Ones of the things I like the most is the feature to show results to my clients so they can review the time used in their projects.
The integration with other task tools is great but I would like more control over projects and task so I do not need such tools.
I also would like better integration with other payments methods so I can use the full potential of charging clients from Time doctor itself.
