I rented the baby Bjorn bouncer from tiny explorers. The base of the bouncer was fine but the fabric was replaced and not the original one so it didn’t have the flow and grip as the original fabric from baby Bjorn. I do understand wear and tear of fabric but pls replace with the original one as that’s what we rent the item for.

We have used Tiny Explorers twice and I can’t recommend the service enough. We had double strollers and then a single. Both occasions the products were super clean. The delivery was on time, early Infact. The return service was super simple. I had a query RE the price, I had to call and double check because it was so reasonable and the staff were really helpful. Overall 5* service and great products. Thank you ☺️

Really simple process all the way through. Items were dispatched very quickly, arriving ahead of time. Return process was very straightforward.

Very responsive company. Very cost effective way of having a travel pushchair, instead of purchasing it and maybe using it a couple of times a year, you can have one just for the holiday season.

We have used Tiny Explorers Rentals on 3 different occasions and all 3 have been seamless, communicative and reliable, each time.

The products themselves are always immaculate with removable cleaning tags to indicate it has in fact been cleaned before use.

We have used 3 different pushchairs and each we feel have been reasonably priced for the rental depending on brand but none have been overpriced and all extremely reasonable.

I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing to rent items for occasions or holidays, it made the whole process of taking 2 children on holiday that little bit easier.

I would also like to say thank you for their understanding in our reason for the lateness of our return and appreciate their resolution.

I used tiny explorers to rent two Joolz air strollers while we were visiting London from the United States. My oldest is four, but I knew he wasn’t gonna be able to walk the whole way so this was the perfect solution without having to bring a stroller from home. It was super easy to set up the rental and have the strollers delivered to my hotel. The service definitely seems like it’s intended to be delivered to your home because you have to ship them back in boxes and they come in boxes which is not always what you’re equipped to do when you’re staying in hotels, but it turned out fine. Overall it was very convenient so we didn’t have to worry about strollers getting damaged on the plane or buy a new stroller just for this trip!

For every step of the Tiny Explorers were amazing. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and were so helpful. The buggy we received was perfect and really helped make our holiday go smoothly.

Rented a flyaway bed for a long haul flight with a toddler, it arrived several days early - tested it as instructed and it unfortunately had a leak but because of early delivery there was plenty of time so messaged them and they sent another brand new one which arrived the next day which was brilliant. Great piece of kit and great communication. Would use this company again!

I rented X2 self-inflate Plane Pals. Only one arrived but I only noticed when I packed it the morning before my evening flight. With two toddlers very upset and arguing about who will get to use the one, I tried to call them but they do not accept calls. I left a voice note but they cannot access those either, so had to try and sort it out via typed text. Initially, I understood that it is too late to send the second one, but the communication took a bad turn when I was told I will be invoiced for the LOST item. As I did not check it 24 hours before I travelled, it was deemed that I lost it. They could have just checked their stock to realize it was not sent, or the size of the bag only big enough for one which I sent them a picture of or the label that said 1 of 1 parcel. In response to my argument of not having to pay for the LOST item, they just forwarded the clause of the 24 hour check. They forwarded it a total of 5 times! I wish I could share the text messages I received. I was told that because I did not report the missing item 24 hours before I travel it is deemed missing, after which I was told to take some accountability and they apologised for MY oversight and wished me a great holiday. I the end, probably after checking their stock, they sent a message that 'as a sign of goodwill, they will refund the cost of the "missing" item' Yes, missing in "". They never would have refunded me if they did not realize they never sent it. No apology. The written abuse received was shocking. The Plane Pals work great for toddlers, but you can pick them up for a great price on Vinted. I suggest you do that. I won't support this company again.

Found everything I needed and love that I could choose the dates for the rentals (vs having to book by month). Rented baby high chairs, cribs and other accessories - found all to be in great condition. The customer service was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them!

I ordered a disability pram for my holiday to make life easier with my daughter, unfortunately on the way back from our holiday, our car set on fire, and totally went up in flames , which left us with no car,no belongings and no PRAM! I informed tiny explorers straight away about what had happened. There was 0 compassion, 0 empathy. All they was bothered about was getting £250 for a new pram, which I explained I was sorting with my insurance so bear with me, but I had numerous reminders it needed paying by today, bearing in mind my car only set on fire last week- and if I don’t pay it today it will be sent to the debt collectors! The customer service skills are hurrendoes!
