We needed a specialised car seat at short notice for our baby who had an orthopaedic issue. Tiny Explorers had a suitable car seat which we were able to rent for 2 months. It was very clean on delivery but it came without an instruction manual which would have been helpful. Delivery and collection isn't the clearest process but staff are very quick to respond to queries via WhatsApp. I would recommend this service.

Hired the bugaboo butterfly. Booking and delivery was seamless and return super easy too. Our personal buggy unfortunately got stolen and we are at the stage where we don’t really need one all of the time so this was a great way for us to have one short term for our holiday

Absolutely faultless experience! We rented a pushchair from Tiny Explorers for our trip to Australia, and everything was perfect from start to finish. It arrived on time and was packaged extremely well. The pushchair itself was in amazing condition — it genuinely looked brand new!

Any questions I had were so easy to sort out via WhatsApp, with incredibly quick and helpful replies. The return process was just as straightforward and hassle-free.

Fantastic experience with tiny explorers.

Ordered a pushchair and the hoppie hammock 4 days before our holiday! It arrived in 3 days as stated and was such an easy process with it being delivered right to our door.

The condition of both items were great, clean, like new!

The price was so reasonable for a 16 day hire - and the return process was just as easy as delivery, all we had to do was re package in the original box and show a qr code at our local dhl store!

Would highly recommend made travelling so much easier and cost effective!

I really regret using this company, I should have just bought the item I needed secondhand and saved myself a lot of stress and upset.
With the fine I received too, I may as well have.
They were absolutely fine until I sent my item back a few days late (which I accept responsibility for) they were aware. I had extended my rental from its original return date and called / emailed the company with no response. They finally replied to my personal WhatsApp (which I thought was pretty unprofessional) and agreed I could pay and keep for another 8 weeks.
So then when the second return date came around I didn't receive any email prompter. Had I had this I never would have returned my item late - however, I'm a new mum with a toddler and I also have my own business to run. Not their problem, but just explaining why I forgot. I'm sure no harm was done by my item coming back to them a few days late. They charged me £10 per day late fee including not just working days.
When I tried to speak to them about it to explain that I had forgotten as I didn't receive the email reminder, the communication was shocking. Really rude and aggressive. I wish I had read some reviews before using this company as I can see I am not the only person to experience this.

"It's not our responsibility to remind you"

I'm sorry but you can be tough and clear with your terms & conditions and not speak to people this way. It's concerning, especially when your business is renting out baby items to new mothers.
I don't like to leave bad reviews but I wouldn't want any other new mum to be spoken to this way. I feel really upset.

Third time using Tiny Explorers in the last year. Absolutely fantastic company. Makes travelling so much easier. Hiring the newest models of prams for such a great price. Prams are always cleaned so well, delivery and returns made so easy. Genuinely can’t fault this fabulous company. Thank you for making travelling with a baby that bit easier!

I was visiting London from Nigeria with my toddler and reached out to Tiny Explorers via WhatsApp to organise a delivery for the day before we landed. They helped me work out a cheaper option than I expected. When we left, setting up the return (pick up by Royal Mail) was easy and completely free. We had issues coordinating the pickup with our short stay apartment, and Tiny Explorers were very patient and responsive even though we ended up sending it back a few days later than planned. I've used another company in the past and it was a hassle to do everything from receive, to unbox, to return. This was a breeze. Highly recommended.
