This locksmith is quite an expert. He managed to provide me with a detailed estimate over the phone with probabilities of additional costs. Decided to give him a try and he literally arrived in 20 minutes. I feel like the price was about right and he definitely wasn't pushy or tried to make me spend more than what I was expecting. I was advised to change locks what's with my roommate moving out. Happened upon this company by chance while looking for affordable options in my area. Instead of lock change, decided to settle on lock rekey since it sounded like an easier and more affordable way to upgrade the lock. The operator was very helpful in explaining what would entail.
I really liked the locksmith who came to do the rekey itself. He was very personable didn't see to be chafe at having to explain stuff to a complete noob, and was done really quickly - much easier than I expected. The lock is working fine as of right now, btw.

I liked the selection of solutions they offered, and they do have some of the best rates in the area. I've used their services a few times now and they're always consistent both with service quality and end results. I've had no experience with their emergency locksmith services, but both their car and residential locksmith services are super good - always come at the scheduled time, work very cleanly, don't waste either their or my time.

Tried using this company's services after getting an in-person recommendation. Overall good experience. Had no problem coming later in the evening ( I work full office hours and come home late) were exactly on time, did the job and hassle free. Would recommend to friends.

I had to find someone to come over and unlock my house front door. I made the call and 30 minutes later the locksmith showed up at my door and executed a clean unlock without scratching my door or making any damage.

Technician came in the middle of the night and he actually came especially to my area from Jacksonville.
After he arrived he not only fixed my locks he also checked the rest of the locks just cause I asked, though I made it clear I'm not interested in spending more today he was super nice and did it as a part of the service. Thanks again I appreciate it a lot

This locksmith replaced two door locks and rekeyed three locks efficiently and he charged me a very reasonably price. I would recommend to anyone.

Called TLS to get a spare car key for my Hyundai. I actually spoke to the dealer before and the offer was too pricey. I've decided to choose TLS cause their service is mobile and they were able to send someone over and to make a spare car key in a better price and save me few bucks

it has been over a month since Roy the locksmith from TLS visited and replaced my annoying old lock with a smart one. Wow I am so happy he convinced me to get this lock - it makes my life so much easier especially for my elderly mom that lives with me and had so many issues with the old lock that was replaced.
