Terry was punctual and had good interpersonal skills.
He quickly identified what was wrong with our under floor heating, did a temporary repair and used a thermal imaging camera to show me that the heating was now working in the two rooms where there were issues. for the first time in over 18 years l am happy. looking forward to seeing Terry again in April.

First class service from original fault diagnostics failure on boiler and temporary repair to allow at least hot water service through to replacement of the boiler, cylinder and controls. Fantastic polite engineer and throughly knowledgeable and respectful of my house. Highly recommended

Terry came to investigate why both our showers had stopped working, he very quickly figured out the issue and explained the course of action required.
On the day of the job another Terry came and worked into the evening under difficult circumstances with limited loft access to clear out the pipe work and water tank and replace both showers.
He was incredibly polite and courteous at all times and extremely knowledgeable in his field explaining along the way how things were progressing.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Terry and his team and will definitely use their services again if required.

The owner was extremely helpful and the engineers wore masks and took their shoes off, highly recommended.

Terry and Terry were professional in all aspects of the job from our initial contact to completion despite the delay caused by COVID. They were clear and concise with explaining what they believed to be the problem and what they hoped the solution would be .....they were right in their assessment but I had no doubt that they had the knowledge and experience to fix it even if it wasn't what they had thought. Such lovely men who I have no hesitation in recommending.

Last night my heating developed a fault and the boiler would not fire up. I phoned T M Hughes and left a voicemail at 9pm.
To my surprise I received a call back and spoke to Terry. He asked me to send him various pictures of different parts of the boiler, thermostats and cylinder. Again he rang me back and talked me through a procedure to get the boiler to fire up. He has attended today and replaced a faulty valve (which he had got in stock on his van). I can’t praise or recommend Terry highly enough - fantastic service

Terry and his team came to the rescue when our boiler broke during a bathroom fit. They went over and above to eventually get a new one fitted all within 3 days, along the way checking in and offering us heaters. Always in touch and on time, I couldn't recommend these guys enough to anyone looking to have work done. They were brilliant. Definitely a number to keep!

Friendly, safe and considerate work completed by Joe when replacing my old boiler for a new combi. I was kept informed of the work and action taken both before and during the installation.

All work was completed on time and exactly as quoted, with all mess tidied and cleaned afterwards.

Terry helped me out at short notice, when I was let down numerous times by my regular boiler servicing chap.
They diagnosed the issue quickly, replaced a leaking diverter valve and serviced my boiler to a very high standard. Very friendly and tidy work and I particularly enjoyed the level of information I was given about the issue and also how best to maintain the heating going forward.

Arrived as scheduled and called ahead to confirm they were on their way. Terry had come out previously to determine what parts were needed, and it took him quite a bit of research to find a suitable replacement for the old hidden cistern in a very tight-fitting cabinet, but he found an excellent one at a good price. Technician Terry P was very skilled and very tidy, took care of everything and it's all working great now! Highly recommend TM Hughes - they do what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it, for a fair price and do very good work.

Called Terry Thursday. Came round Friday, had spares on the van and sorted the issue. Excellent.

I use TM Hughes for all my heating and plumbing services, they are reliable, very knowledgeable, trust worthy and innovative. They have fitted a complex water heater tank, replaced very old and no longer available manifold for my underfloor heating and new boiler. Terry thought of a way to fit new manifold to an old system, no other company could work out how to do this. They cannot do enough for you going out of their way, always sympathetic if urgent work is required and ensure they attend - highly recommended, I would not use any other company
