Understated elegance and so comfortable

My first order had issues, which the rep resolved immediately. I suggest ordering a size down, especially if you're a petite because the sweater runs long and large. I ended up with a medium because I like a roomy fit. Fabric is soft and luxurious. I'll get alot of mileage out of this classic.

A dress was lovely but absolutely enormous. They refused to allow me to return. Why lose a customer with a return policy that no other company has? There are so many alternatives.

I purchased the brown suede boots

I purchased the brown suede boots. Returned immediately on February 17, 2026 due to sizing. March 4 still no refund. Call and text with bots. Unable to speak to a person. Left messages a few times emailed me finally and said it’s still in transit to the warehouse on March 4.

Customer service is terrible.

Customer service is terrible.
If you call you get a robot. And it just repeats the same thing over and over with no help with your issue.
If you ask for a person they are always busy and the robot tells you to text.
I have not gotten any response from my text.
Once I canceled my order as Miss.Robot said I could with an e-mail. Nope, hour later, lol I got a text… it’s ready to ship!
So someone knows I’m having a problem, but they ignored me.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
I Wish read all the bad reviews before I ordered.
They are not doing the 2 day shipping that I am paying for, It will be returned when it gets here too late.
I will update on the returns process which I understand from reviews are not good.
I wish I could text or phone and talk to a human, this maybe could have been resolved if they had any type of customer service.

About three years ago I ordered…

About three years ago I ordered clothing from Tuckernuck. I war a size Medium and they sent me a dress that was XL. Furthermore the dress I ordered was the maxi version and I was sent the mini version. The other garment sent looked like it had been worn. I sent both back and vowed never to order from them again. I decided to order again when I saw a peplum sweater in black. I ordered the medium. Upon opening the package the sweater looked VERY odd. Let me first note that I am short waisted. A peplum is supposed to hit at the waist and this is the style that was shown on their website. The peplum literally hits just underneath my breast so that it is actually high-waisted. AND it is not fitted at all as shown on the model on the website. Really strange, The sweater brand is Pomander Place. So, do not be fooled by the images for purchase as shown on their website. Each time that I have ordered from this company has been a VERY bad experience. For all of their hype, they simple do not measure to any standards, AND I question their ethics. It has been packaged and is ready to be returned. I am very dissapointed.

Impressive Quality and Customer Experience

I recently made an order from Tuckernuck and was blown away by the quality of the items. The sweater I got was cashmere; incredibly soft and the fit was impressive. Cardigans can be challenging from a fit perspective and my Cashmere Riley Cardigan is so flattering and versatile. I also purchased the Mini Gold Drop Hoop Earrings which are chunky yet light enough I can wear them all day. Tuckernuck has made a loyal customer out of me.

they are not customer friendly

they are not customer friendly. i will not be ordering from them in the future, just need to spend a credit. have no price adjustment even if the item ordered decreases in price immediately and you have not even received the item. that is poor customer service. sizing is way off on most items so it is definitely 1. buy 2. try on 3. may be good fit or way off even if the same size 4. return or keep. NOT worth the hassle for medium quality items

Tuckernuck won’t post negative product reviews

I purchased a dress that was impossible to pull on over the shoulders due to a zipper placement design error. There should have been a zip in the back, but there was only a short one under the arm- totally useless for easing it on over the shoulders. The dress cannot be eased over the shoulders at all.
I wrote a review outlining the design issue, as I am certainly not going to be the only one who will not be able to put the dress on due to the design flaw. I submitted a review and confirmed by email address. Guess what? Tuckernuck never posted it. Throttling reviews so that your customers don’t know about potential product issues is incredibly dishonest. I won’t be shopping Tuckernuck again.

They don't issue refunds even when items don't match the size guide
Customer Support team is really bad. Take hours to respond. They will leave you on hold over an hour.

Purchased a skirt as a gift

Purchased a skirt as a gift. The recipient wanted to return it. Tuckernuck refused to let her exchange it for different size even though she had receipt. Instead she had to return it and they credited my card. Why wouldn’t they issue her a credit to assure she bought something from them which she wanted to do. They don’t understand the value of customer service. It’s pretty clear they don’t want repeat business.
