Poor Cut and Poor Customer Service
I ordered two products, which were great, and then a third product in a separate order that was an absolute dud. The cut was wrong and when I complained about the problem, I was told it was final sale. Now I know why the item was marked "Final Sale" - The cut was clearly not correct, and yet they continued to sell the item online. I tried to speak with TNuck multiple times about this but they refused to accept a return. I will not shop with Tnuck again.
Christmas Gift Too Big Can't Exchange January 1st
I just wanted to exchange for a smaller size. I wear a size 6 and have broad shoulders. I was worried about a small being too small. I wouod need an XS or XXS to wear this top. It's beautiful but simply too big. Be careful ordering as a simple exchange for a Christmas gift is not an option on January 1st.. The sizing seems to be a common challenge from the eeviews zi should have read before purchasing. I was ready to order several items with the exchange. Im disappointed ss the quality is there but I can't order from a company that refuses an exchange.

Defective items, sizing off, no returns accepted
I ordered two dresses following their sizing chart. One was fine the other one, even though a S size it’s huge. They would not accept a return and refund because it’s a “final sale.” The dress is defective, the sizing chart is completely off and they don’t accept a return! I don’t recommend this business, and I will never buy from them again.

Refused to cancel an order placed in error within one hour
I placed an order for a dress in error and realised within one hour that the size would not fit. I contacted customer service immediately to cancel, before the item had been dispatched or processed.
Despite this, I was told the order could not be cancelled because it was marked as final sale. No discretion was applied, even though the mistake was identified almost immediately and there had been no fulfilment activity.
While I understand final-sale policies, refusing to cancel an erroneous order made within an hour is inflexible and customer-unfriendly. Many retailers will cancel an order prior to dispatch in these circumstances.
This experience has resulted in unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I would not shop with this company again. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when purchasing, particularly sale items.

I placed two orders with Tuckernuck on…
I placed two orders with Tuckernuck on separate dates (9/29/25 & 10/6/25) for the same dresses in different sizes. I returned both orders and one was refunded but one order was disputed because I had not heard back from Tuckernuck regarding the status of my refund for over 3 weeks.
When I finally heard from the vendor I cancelled my request for dispute with the bank and Chase rebilled my account and sent the charge back to Tuckernuck on 10/22/25.
It is now more than 75 days since my bank rebilled my account and paid Tuckernuck however (the vendor) is telling me that they never received the charge back from my bank and as a result, despite confirming that they received my return, they are not refunding me my money based on not receiving the money from the bank who confirmed it was sent.
Tuckernuck has BOTH their orginial merchandise and my money - DENYING ME MY REFUND!
Tuckernuck customer service is terrible, you get the run around when trying to get answers and a resolution.
I will NEVER purchase from them again. Buyer beware... awful and very expensive experience!

I’m on hold to speak to someone in customer service. I’ve been holding for 30 minutes. I could hang up and opt to have someone text me in the next 3 hours. Seriously? I’m not available in 3 hours! I’m available now! Tuckernuck needs to do better! Paying top dollar for their clothes and receiving zero customer service is not a winning combination. How do they stay in business?

If there was a zero, that's what I would give them. I wish I read this before buying on their website. I bought stuff from their sample sale, the size guide was TOTALLY off. They sent me 4 dresses that are so big (I'm usually a small) that 2 of me could fit into each item. They are also horribly made. DO NOT BUY FROM TUCKERNUCK. They will not refund me, and I spent about $400 on useless, trashy clothes that were misrepresented online. They say they can't refund me b/c it was the sample sale, but you know what? The CUSTOMER COMES FIRST. AND it took so long to deliver that they missed the event that one of the dresses was for (though I never would have worn it b/c the clothing is horrendous).

Shipping took two weeks
Shipping took two weeks, return was completed with a UPS tracking number confirming delivery of return, yet the Tuckernuck returns portal portal says the return has not been started. Very disappointing and ineffective service, clothing IMO is overpriced and items from the house brands are not well constructed.

Where is customer service?
I'm a loyal Tuckernuck customer, but feel compelled to write a review regarding their customer service to hopefully get some attention. My order never arrived, and I can see through tracking that it was lost in transit. I've tried to reach customer service multiple times by phone and by email, but I'm just sent to a black hole. No confirmation of receiving any of my communication, no follow up, nothing. Do I really need to go through my credit card company in order to get my money back?

Don’t ever buy from their sample sale. Previous purchases were ok-dress didn’t fit return was slow but finally refunded. Bought a dress from their sample sale that reeked of mothballs-horrible. Tried airing out in my closet-but still reeks as does my closet and clothes nearby. Dress had no care tag, no fabric content or country of origin tag. Good luck figuring out how to care for it. I will never buy from them again-inexcusable

Ordered 8/22 and still no update. Tried to call the worthless customer service line. It’s all automated and can’t get a live person to talk to you. Says 5 to 8 days but it’s past that and frustrated I can’t talk to someone to get any kind of answer. I ordered 14 dresses was so excited and now I’m nothing but upset. I’ll never order from them again.

First time ordering, disappointed
First time ordering and thus far, I’m sadly not impressed. I was excited to order from the Sample Sale as an introduction to tuckernuck products. I ordered eight days ago and no updates; items have not shipped. I’m concerned they won’t be here in time for my trip next week (over two weeks should have been PLENTY of time) and I’m certainly glad I didn’t spend $200/dress to learn their process is completely unreliable. Sad because I was really looking forward to ordering.
Update: Customer service was not really helpful and said that time to ship could be 5-7 business days, then once it does ship to expect 7-10 business days. Up to 17 “business days” is approaching a month. Genuinely never experienced that with any other reputable company. Such a bummer.

I’ve been a tnuck buyer from the very beginning. I’m going to be blunt the Tuckernuck brand clothes are absolute crap. Completely overpriced for Forever 21 quality.
I just ordered clothes on August 21st. Still waiting for a shipping confirmation. I was in fact billed etc. I’m sure I’ll receive purchased items on Halloween.
I keep saying it ( so do many of my friends) I’m done with Tuckernuck.
But this time I’m definitely done. So not worth the poor shipping, quality, and return policies.

BAD Customer Service, BAD Shipping, BAD Ordering Update
Ordered 2 dresses before their 2:00 eastern time cutoff. Currently on day 3 waiting on an update in regards too shipping. Every time I check on my order it's the same response... "It's Happy Dance Time... Your order is in." Tried live chat but got NO WHERE! So I've now sent an email. Their website shows customer service is there from 9:30 am to Midnight. Still waiting for a response to my email. I soooo loved the first dress I bought from Tuckernuck a year ago, that's why I came back. Beyond disappointed!!!
