'Green Croft' in Lymington - everything supplied for a most comfortable break away. Ate out most days, more by necessity as the kitchen really is super small - but at least we returned for this second hollibob.

Great welcome pack. Sheets, towels crisp and clean. Generally very tired, and needs a good revamp, or decorating, and furniture update. It didn,t spoil our holiday, but was disappointing.

Great location, excellent cottage with the added bonus of a wonderful swimming pool and games room.
A very large airy property with a well stocked kitchen.

Used Toad Hall Cottages again when we stayed at Maenporth - 30 Lower Stables. Exceptional views from good quality accommodation. Toad Hall Cottages managed to get us a discount on the price of the holiday as we were only staying 13 instead of 14 nights. Much appreciated!

we have used this company a number of times, and the service and help they give is like a personal assistant, cottages are always at a high standard, what you see is what you get, and the little helpful emails to make it easy to arrive, for us its always a first company to check.

The location of the cottage we stayed in was perfect. Right in the heart of Polperro village. The communication from Toad hall cottages is timely and informative so no issues there.
The cottage itself Crabbers rest was quaint and a typical fisherman’s charming cottage which was lovely unfortunately though we found it quite filthy and there were some areas that never saw a duster or cloth e.g light hanging over the dining table, the blinds throughout the house were dirty and especially those in the top bathroom needed replacing. The bin was rusty in the top bathroom. In general the house needed a revamp. We accept in these old houses wear and tear etc but general maintenance and replacement of items when needed we also expect. Some kitchen utensils not fit to use e.g scissors broken, knives blunt. Cutlery needs replacing. The entrance to the cottage up the steps was dirty too and not welcoming. A brush and clean up with a few live plants would be nice there. No terrestrial tv either. You need to sign in with your own Sky etc . Beds comfy, hot water great and as mentioned the location was ideal but it’s not cheap to stay here so the standards could do with uplifting. When I phoned housekeeping they were very helpful .

I have used Toad Hall a number of times now, and have always been happy with the service. The staff are friendly and well-informed and have either known the answer to my queries, or found out promptly from another member of staff who has expert knowledge of a particular property.
The descriptions of properties has always proved accurate, and the quality of them is excellent. I have used other companies too, but consider Toad Hall to be the best. Booking is easy, and information is reliable.
My family were delighted with the property we rented this year.

We stayed in a lovely house at the top of Salcombe. If you are fit and healthy then it’s a nice walk into the town itself. The house is beautifully furnished with lovely views from the bedrooms and the patio. Would recommend Toad Hall cottages.

Great service from start at time of booking through to the dropping off of keys as we departed at the end of our stay. Accommodation is ideally located, decorated to a high standard.

The holiday property pol glen is not fit for purpose, it's damp mouldy and was filthy on our arrival. Give toad hall there due, they gave us $50 refund, but the owners of pol glen didn't want to know. Avoid this property!

Toad Hall Cottages are a great company, they gave a great selection of holiday rental properties at a wide variety of price levels. They allow payments to be staggered if you want and their communication is great.
The booking process is easy and the information about the surrounding areas and things to do and visit near each property is extensive and great. We have visited Dorset many times but found new things to do because of the lists.

Toad Hall Cottages have an efficient booking system which is easy to navigate online. They have a nice portfolio of properties of a very good standard and varying prices so you can always find somewhere to suit your pocket.
