We would like to clarify a few details regarding your order. A week had not elapsed between the time your order was placed and your cancellation request. Your order was placed on July 16, and you contacted us on July 19, just three days later. We honored your cancellation request as requested.

We also received your validation documents on July 18, which was a Saturday. Please note that our warehouse does not operate on weekends, so documents received during that time are reviewed on the next business day.

When placing your order, you agreed to our checkout policies, which state: "If your billing address does not match your shipping address, this may delay your order." This applied to your order and is the reason additional verification was required.

As a first-time customer, this is a one-time verification process designed to protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions.

Additionally, we were never informed that your order needed to arrive by a specific date. While expedited shipping provides a faster estimated transit time, it does not communicate a required delivery deadline to our team. If an order is time-sensitive, we encourage customers to contact us before or immediately after placing the order so we can advise whether we can reasonably meet their expectations.

We understand that delays can be frustrating, but clear communication regarding time-sensitive needs allows us to better assist our customers and set appropriate expectations from the start.

Your package was delivered within the timeframe for the shipping option you chose.

However, we were unable to find any record of you contacting our customer service team regarding a delay with your shipment. Additionally, when Trustpilot requested further details about your experience, no additional information was provided.

Our tracking portal is currently experiencing technical issues, which we are actively working to resolve. If you needed updated tracking information, our support team would have been happy to assist had we been contacted.
