We would note that before posting this review, you did not contact us directly regarding your concerns. Additionally, after this review was posted, we reached out through Trustpilot and requested additional information, including your full name, order number, and email address, so that we could investigate the matter further. You declined to provide that information, which prevented us from verifying the details of your claim.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We do not ship flavored tobacco products to California, and this restriction is outlined in our website policies. While other retailers may have different compliance policies, we follow our own interpretation of applicable regulations and business requirements.

Unfortunately, due to the large number of products we carry and the complexity of state-specific restrictions, we are not always able to automatically prevent every restricted item from being purchased during checkout. Implementing such restrictions across our entire catalog can create issues that may inadvertently block customers from purchasing products that are otherwise permitted in their state.

Orders shipping to states with product restrictions must be manually reviewed by our staff to ensure compliance. As a result, these orders are not always identified immediately and require individual review before they can be canceled.

Once the issue was identified, your order was canceled and a refund was issued. The timing of when a refund appears back in an account depends on the customer's financial institution and processing times, which are outside of our control.

If you are the customer we believe you to be, when we notified you that your order had been canceled, your response was: "Thank you for your response. Please process my refund when you can, have a nice day." At that time, you did not ask any questions regarding the reason for the cancellation or express any concerns about our policies.

Your review describes an order that was reviewed and canceled in accordance with our published policies before shipment. No product was shipped, and a refund was issued once the restriction was identified. As a private business, we reserve the right to refuse service when necessary to comply with our policies and legal obligations.

Your order was canceled due to prior fraudulent activity associated with your account from 2022. At that time, an order was placed and a claim was filed through Route Shipping Protection. The claim was approved and the order was reshipped. After the reshipment, a chargeback was filed without any attempt to contact us to resolve the matter. We also attempted to contact you regarding this matter and requested that you cancel the dispute and provide confirmation, but we did not receive a response. As a result, your account was restricted to protect our business.

We apologize if you did not receive clear communication about this previously. Please understand that chargebacks should be used only as a last resort, as we are always willing to work with customers directly to resolve concerns whenever possible.

Please note our policy on chargebacks (note that we have switched shipping protection providers but the policy is still the same):

As a customer you have the right to file a chargeback if your product has not been delivered and we have not performed service in good faith. However, the customer must in good faith have attempted to resolve the issue with us prior to filing a charge back.

If you purchased Navidium protection with your order, this insurance policy will protect the customer due to loss or damage. No chargeback should occur with us, we are held harmless as the shipping protection provided by Navidium now supersedes. Navidium will take care of the customer issues with the shipment as long as proof of loss or damage is provided.

If a chargeback is issued against us in what we deem to be in a malicious or predatory fashion, we will ban the customer from shopping with us in the future.

Please note that this decision is final and cannot be reversed.
