Wow! Haven't been this impressed with a company in a very long time! I bought one toilet seat and the quality was so exceptional, I wound up buying a second toilet seat, and a soap dispenser. I wish I... Toon meer

Its a pretty design and goes together easy but the magnets arent strong enough. When a person shifts their weight to one side with the oval seat the magnet easily comes apart.
Beautiful seat, very high quality. Maintenance, however, is another story. If I understand the directions fully, you can't sanitize the seat. You are supposed to use water only. No bleach, vinega...

LOVE!
LOVE! I have ordered 3 different toilet seats and couldn't be more pleased with the uniqueness of each one. I love how artsy and colorful they are. They give each bathroom the pop they need. They are sturdy and easy to install.

Didn’t realize they were different size toilet seats. It was more my fault than the companies.

The product is beautiful but didn’t fit…
The product is beautiful but didn’t fit my toilet. I got two different products, one with square attachment pieces and one with round. I reached out and the costumer service person was extremely rude and argued with me about it, first insisting that they never sold ones with square pegs and then insisting that the round pegs were an old version but they should be interchangable. They are not. Again, beautiful product but I will never purchase from this company again.

Poor insallation istructions and video…
The installation was very tricky with limited written instructions. The accompanying video scan had no audio. When we had an issue, of course, you are unable to speak with anyone. Just have to try and explain through email. Therefore email response was not that helpful and referenced pieces that were not part of received pieces. Took my husband and I several hours to install, and had to figure out the issues on our own due to inadequate instructions and ability to contact and speak with anyone. I'm giving 3 stars because the toilet seat is lovely to look. The customer interaction and poor installation instruction or lack thereof does not match the high price point.
