Wow! Haven't been this impressed with a company in a very long time! I bought one toilet seat and the quality was so exceptional, I wound up buying a second toilet seat, and a soap dispenser. I wish I... Toon meer

Its a pretty design and goes together easy but the magnets arent strong enough. When a person shifts their weight to one side with the oval seat the magnet easily comes apart.
Beautiful seat, very high quality. Maintenance, however, is another story. If I understand the directions fully, you can't sanitize the seat. You are supposed to use water only. No bleach, vinega... Toon meer

The can is kinda cheap feeling
The can is kinda cheap feeling. I was hoping it was a bit larger.
The quality just isn’t there.
You people really need to work on that.i also bought a toilet seat & the laminate is peeling off. This is definitely not what i expected from a LaCroix design. Again, you can do better & from what I understand l, the peeling issue isn’t just me.

Hello,
The problem that you mention is extremely rare and only happens when customers use cleaning products that are advised against in our cleaning instructions.
Regarding the can that you ordered, you can send pictures and your order reference to info@tohaadesign.com if you believe that the item is damaged.
It’s a nice design
It’s a nice design, the plastic hinge covers are a bit cheap and the clear goat is not scratch resistant. Otherwise comfortable and definitely a space enhancement!

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, our seats have a lacquered finish and scratches can not be erased.

It doesn't fit
It doesn't fit! I got the elongated version, and it's still a solid 1-2 inches short. For being 3x the price of a regular toilet seat, there needs to be more size options.

took a while to ship but omg their pieces are amazing. the seat especially is so well built and so easy to put togeather. after if anchors it locks with magnets so the seat can be removed without tools to clean. such gorgeous art to otherwise mundane items like a toilet seat , toilet brush, a trash can and a soap dispenser.

The hardware is inferior, the toilet seat slides all over, I have to keep tightening it every day
The toilet seat slides all over the place. Everything else is great. But when you attach the toilet seat to the toilet bowl, it comes loose every time you sit on it. Slides all over. I'd like to know if there's extra fascinating hardware that I could purchase

Artful Quality Products!
Immediately responsive to a defective toilet seat and sent a replacement quickly. Thank you for standing by your product. This is the third toilet seat we have purchased and the first two have held up for several years - such great quality and vibrant color.

SAV inexistant
