Tohaadesign Reviews

I had a wonderful customer service with Tohaadesign! The beautiful toilet seat arrived in perfect shape and looked even better in person!
My problem was that I thought that my elongated seat didn't quite fit my elongated toilet bowl after I installed it.
When I reached out to Customer Service they politely explained that the BASE on the toilet seat had to first be removed using the small Allen wrench, which was provided, THEN reverse the orientation of the BASE so that the Hex bolts face UP! This is how you extend the length of the seat to the correct fit and be careful with the very tiny screws in the base and you're DONE!
My friend and my brother will be purchasing seats from Tohaadesign after they saw the beauty and quality of my seat! Love it! Thank you!

Très bon produit, livraison rapide, emballage parfait, je recommande

Thought I had ordered the wrong size and it was actully user error on installation - customer support was top notch

Not as easy to install on older Koehler toilet.

Tje product came snd i could see immediately that it was of excellent quality. I had some difficulty installing the seat but after emailing customer service they answered with further instructions and, hey presto, all was well. I purchased the toilet roll holder and brush. I would have ordered a waster bin but that particular pattern did not offer a waste bin. Any particular reason I do not know. I would buy another toilet seat without hesitation.

I love my purchase. It was easy to install, it’s sturdy, comfortable, chic and my first slow close. It really makes my bathroom look and feel elevated. I do wish they had more design options. And I also would prefer a set of replacement silver covers for the hinge area. I feel like the plastic ones are a bit fragile. But so far so good. I’d definitely suggest anyone who’s on the fence, to just get one! I give it 5 stars.

Amazing fun product. Put the Christian Lacroix toilet seat in the guest half bath. So many compliments. The hardware is great except there are plastic covers. My came with a little damage but the company responded within 24 hours to get new ones sent out. It does take longer to receive the order than the website would lead you to believe but so worth the wait! Hoping they make more accessories like bins and toilet brushes in this pattern. Exceptional customer service!

The toilet seat is beautiful, well made, and easy to put on. Be sure to watch the video on Tohaa’s website. I didn’t, and I thought the seat didn’t fit right. I got polite help from customer support, watched the video, and had great results. I love having this unusual work of art in my bathroom!

I wasn’t certain if I should tell about my experience with this company. Although I love their designed toilet seats (which is why I gave it one star),my experience with the company was just awful. I had returned two toilet seats because I ordered the wrong size. I had them sent by UPS. I kept asking if they had received them but they kept insisting they hadn’t received them. I tracked the two seats and discovered the seats had reached them at the end of December. And here it was mid-February. So I confronted them about that. They then finally gave me the refund. So just be careful with your dealings with the company.

I loved my stuff I bought from you guys

This is the second time we have purchased from you and each time it was a quick delivery and the product came in perfect shape.

Great quality

Mon abattant de sanitaires a rencontré un défaut , j’ai averti le SAV du problème rencontré , un abattant de rechange m’a été renvoyé !

Awesome product!! who loves a toilet seat? Everyone who see’s mine!! It arrived fast and is a great quality!! I’m very happy with my experience with this company!! Buy one…

Love my Tohaa stuff! I wish you guys made tank lids for the back of the toilet! I think that would look awesome. If you start to make them I better get the first one! I got the seat, the trash can and the brush. Just wish you did the upper cover of the tank itself. Also, Id love to have that picture I could put over the toilet on the wall?! I did the Vanity Fair. Offer some pictures for the wall!

The design and quality is amazing! I wish I could change the seats with different designs every season!

I ordered 2 seats. Both arrived just fine. I ordered a round and an elongated. Be aware that once you open one up, they are not returnable. It's hard to know if it will work without opening it. I have American standard toilets. I had to have maintenance man from my building to install. The seats hang over the edge slightly. The elongated seat won't stay upright without holding it. Not a perfect outcome.

Fabulous artwork. Easy to install
