Tohaadesign Reviews

This company was as slow as ut gets to reply-like a snail.
Products sent were retuned to sender for no reason
took months to get items and one had been unsealed- part on seat that was not supposed to be etc

I was sent the wrong product and Tohaa refused to replace it with the right one.

Easy to purchase and install.

This is the second toilet seat I have Ordered and it looks exactly how it was pictured.

My a$$ is in love with my new toilet seat!! Very good quality!!

THIS WASNT FOR ME. THIS WAS FOR MY WIFE AND SHE TOTALLY LOVES HER TOILET SEAT. NOW IF YOU COULD MAKE THESE IN A BIDET THEN THEY WOULD BE IN ALL OF OUR BATHROOMS

Arrived in a timely manner and packed well. Absolutely love it! Great quality and unique design, definitely would recommend!

They were out of stock on the USA site on some items . They will not send them from France site . I contacted them multiple times no response.

Awesome products that brighten up the house. Perfect for what I was looking for.

I am extremely happy with the quality of the seats, they are awesome!

Not only did my order arrive earlier than thought, it arrived before Xmas! And the seat is stunning! Quality is great! Definitely a statement piece!

Beautiful product! Exactly as pictured. I hate that most toilets have plastic seats. So nice to now have a solid seat that doesn’t slide around! It was more complicated to install than I expected and some of the directions were confusing or absent, but I figured it out. I’ve gotten so many compliments.

Great product!

Netter Kontakt, schnelle Lieferung

Soooo cool. Looks amazing, easy install and so cool

PARFAIT !

I am obsessed with these toilet seats!! They are so cool looking and they won't slam shut. I would absolutely purchase again. With that said, these toilet seats are insanely complicated to install despite saying otherwise on their website. Even with the videos and the instructions in the package received, it took us forever to get it figured out. And we are not exactly new to the world of tools and Home Improvement projects. Also I was sent a round seat instead of an elongated seat but they did allow me to swap them out.

Edited to add: Yes, we watched the correct video. The fact remains, it is not as straightforward as "insert screw and tighten." Not even close.
