When I call the phone number I am redirected to a sales site selling emergency devices. I really don't want my customers to have to be click baited.

Steve Adkins rocks! Purchasing an account was very easy. I had questions and Steve wrote back quickly and clearly answered my list of questions. I tried the service after a few minutes and it worked like a charm. I highly recommend them for calls coming from the States.

Offered a free trial then try to charge my card 30 bux lucky I only had 28 . And the service didn't even work free trial they just want card details. Its a scam or a poorly run service by criminals. I would label it liability not a confirmed parasite liability but its definitely not an asset . Do not invest in this. Danger

The amount of help support and patient i have been given is out of this world. Most companys have bullied me because i have a learning disabillity, mential health problems and a stammer. TollFree have been so amazing they is not a good enough word for me to express how helpful, kind and understand they all have really been. If they ever lost any of the top people i have named it would be one of there biggest loss ever.
TollFree please keep up the good work patient, understanding and kindness you give to ALL of your customers.

The experience I had with Tollfreeforwarding.com is really fantastic. From Onboarding to usage every is great. Specially the Turn around time to reply to my emails is also very good. I have been in touch with Steven Adkins from the company and he provides very nice customer service experience. If only the company could provide softphone settings and credentials to use softphone that would be great.

My brother, calling from a state corrections facility, can reach me relatively easily and for that I am grateful. The sound quality is somewhat distorted (sounds like he is speaking from the bottom of ocean). Not sure the source of the problem is with you or the prison service.

Due to the slow wifi here was not able to recive calls

It was a great experience with TollFreeForwarding. Their support is literally awesome, they respond to me so soon when I ask for something.

Worked great in the beginning, but came to realize none of my calls were ringing through. I cancelled. I'm sure they might have resolved it, but the whole point of a service like this is to NOT have to faff about with problemtic tech. So, hard pass.
