I bought a $550 dollar bottle of Tom Ford cologne from Sephora but the bottle was leaking pretty bad and made a mess, with most of the contents waisted. Sephora wouldn't help me at all, but when I contacted Tom Ford about my problem they sent me a new bottle immediately. Customer service was fast and quick to help me. Overall very impressed with their customer service and will be buying from them directly from now on!

Absolutely Horrendous Customer Service – AVOID at All Costs
I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with Tom Ford Beauty. I had an allergic reaction to one of their eyeliners and contacted them immediately. That was over a month ago, and to this day, I still haven’t received my refund.
Instead of taking responsibility, they have bounced me around from department to department, from one section to another, with zero resolution. Every time I follow up, I get vague responses or excuses, and nothing ever gets done. They are clearly hoping I’ll just give up and go away.
Well, I won’t – people deserve to know how poorly this company treats its customers. Not only did their product cause a reaction, but they also showed absolutely no urgency or care in addressing a serious issue. I don’t want your nasty eyeliner, I just want my money back. Is that too much to ask?
DO NOT buy anything from Tom Ford Beauty online. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own. This brand clearly cares more about looking luxurious than actually being accountable to the people who spend money on their products.
Never again. Shame on you, Tom Ford Beauty.

Ugh the smell is horrible and the price doesn’t match. The scent smells cheap but the bottle is expensive. I don’t get it; should have when I seen their advertisement streaming Hulu…. Starts out with men w/o shirts then a scary looking female! I mean this female will give nightmares! Eat a sandwich she looks like she starved herself put girl. I mean I’m petite but you look sick. Idk I wouldn’t want that representing my line or collection.
Very poor customer service in my opinion
I recently purchased a $3000+ skirt from Tom Ford. I was on vacation in Mexico when it was delivered and it required a signature, so I had it delivered to my office. My receptionist put the box with the skirt in her trunk for safekeeping. She was on vacation when I returned from Mexico. I was unaware that there was a 14 day return policy. By the time I tried the skirt on I was outside the 14 day policy by 2 days. I asked for an exception to the policy. The Tom Ford customer service department said I could return the skirt, but only if I purchased the larger size that I needed. I would have gladly made that purchase, however, they no longer had the larger size, so they refused to allow me to return the item. I now have a very expensive skirt hanging in my closet that I can't wear. Poor customer service for such a high end brand in my opinion.

Es war mal eine sehr schöne Officebrille. Gekauft am 3.3.2022. Nach 2 Jahren und 8 Monaten ist das Gestell beim Absetzen der Brille zerbrochen. Irreparabel. KEINE Garantie. Schade.

Wie wir das Teil allerdings nicht korrekt genutzt haben sollen, wurde uns bis heute nicht erklärt!
Aufgrund des Wertes überlegen wir einen Anwalt einzuschalten.

Tom Ford states I ordered a bottle of cologne. This NEVER occurred nor have I received cologne from this company since 2023!!! I attempted to dispute with my credit card company and Tom Ford states it was delivered. I have proof on my Tom Ford profile the last thing ordered from the company was 04/2023! I have called their customer service line and they to agreed it showed nothing…yet they will not offer a refund of $254 to my credit card. I have no choice but to pay the amount now!! BUYER BEWARE…do not spend your money or waste your time with this DISHONEST company!!!
Ruined my anniversary
I recently ordered an anniversary gift for my husband from Tom Ford and paid for expedited shipping. They did not ship it (so far, at all) and when I called customer service, they told me that one of the items had been canceled, but they had not emailed me that it had been canceled. And, they also didn’t ship the second item, and gave me no reason. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, but they wouldn’t put me through. Now I’m left with nothing shipped and no gift. For an exclusive brand, this was an incredibly disappointing experience.
Best Product and Service
Tom filed stands behind his products and his staff does everything possible to suit your needs. I call my contact there and he welcomes me immediately. He pulls things ahead of time I would like. He doesn’t rush me. He proactively reaches out after to make sure I’m satisfied. I can’t beat that.

Ton ford Soleil Neige Sunlit Rose lip balm
I was delighted with this lip balm but after 2 uses it was apparent that the shimmery sparkle is only on the outside! I am shocked. £48 and the lip balm is a soft pink with no sparkle. It is a nice colour and texture but not what I thought I was buying. What a shame as it was stunning for the initial use. Very, very disappointed and actually feel conned.

Last summer I was looking for a pair of sunglasses to renew my collections, but for the first time, I couldn’t find anything I like or anything that suits my style.
I think they changed their signature trying to follow the latest trend of oversized sunglasses.
While having Tom Ford sunglasses was a gentleman's statement, the latest collections are more appropriate for fancy and trendy guys.
Thank god they still keep the old collection so I can choose from them.
Still no refund after a month of my return being returned.
I returned a pair of shoes that were never work on 5/5/23. On 5/10/23 Jolly signed off on my order being returned all within Tom fort return policy guidelines. I reached out on 5/14 and I was told I needed to wait another week. Well as of today 6/9/23 I’ve provided proof of my return being received and I’m still without my money. Do yourself a favor and never order from Tom Ford e-commerce. They have no clue what they are doing and they could less about me not getting my $1000 back. They’ve lost a customer for life.

When you call the employees claim the card was declined due to no funds however the money is still took from your account!
