After discovering Tommy Franks we have used them a few times. Offering good range of high-end products with beautiful designs and quality. My request for better images or samples was easily resolved by the helpful staff who are always quick to reply to enquiries. Happy to support small companies and welcome any new suppliers that offer a great service and product.

Great service

As a designer, I'm always very apprehensive when it comes to ordering from brands I haven't used before or at the very least seen the goods close up! However my client had fallen in love with a dining table from Tommy Franks...I was nervous about not having a contact number or direct point of contact, but after messaging I had a fast and reassuring response from a member of the TF team, so decided to take the risk. Well, it was so worth it. Communication was great. Delivery was fast and efficient. and most importantly the table is stunning and my client loves it! So thank you! Will be ordering from you again in the future without hesitation :)

Very good customer service, responsive emails. Item was shipped on time with good tracking and helpful delivery drivers who allowed us to un package and check the item before leaving. We haven’t yet assembled the desk so I hope that goes well! My first experience with Tommy Franks and will absolutely use them again.

I recently purchased the Lantine 240 Dining Table (Pill Shaped) in Ash Oak from Tommy Franks, and it’s honestly one of the best furniture investments I’ve made. The craftsmanship is outstanding – solid, beautifully finished, and incredibly elegant in person.

The pill shape adds a soft, contemporary edge to the room, and the ash oak grain gives it a natural warmth that works perfectly with both modern and traditional interiors. It comfortably seats 8 without feeling bulky, and the design is both minimal and striking.

Delivery was smooth, the table was well-packaged, and customer service was responsive throughout. Highly recommend Tommy Franks if you're looking for stylish, quality furniture that really stands out.

Absolutely love my new bedside tables from Tommy Franks! The quality is top-notch and they look amazing in my room. The staff were super friendly and helpful — made the whole process really easy and enjoyable. Such a beautiful range of furniture too, I’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommend!

This is such a brilliant piece of furniture in my living room. Good quality and worth every penny. I have a 75 inch TV and it goes perfectly well. I am so glad I found this after searching everywhere. It is heavy because it is made up of wood which is what you would expect and are paying for. I even bought matching side table to go with it. Highly recommend it if you are looking for good quality modern furniture.

We had a gorgeous painting delivered by Tommy Franks. I can’t fault them at all. Great customer service and delivery. The painting is beautiful and just as described. Would definitely order again.

AVOID! I ordered a piece of artwork from Tommy Franks which looked nothing like the online photo in real life. I understand there can be variations to artwork but the colours and design looked completely different to what was shown online. Eventually was able to return the artwork but the customer service was very slow to respond and get it sorted. Would not buy any products from Tommy Franks after this experience

I recently purchased a sofa from tommyfranks.co.uk and I couldn’t be happier! The quality of the product is outstanding, the fabric feels premium and comfortable, and the design perfectly complements my living space. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into both the aesthetics and durability. Delivery was smooth, and the overall experience was excellent. They've sold product which was stated as being in stock on their website, I requested the Proforma and purchased the the dining chairs and stools. After purchasing the dining chairs and stools, the team told us the lead times are 14-18 weeks despite the items being 'In stock' at the time of purchase. It is a SCAM. They are selling stock without published lead times and without stating lead times of invoices only for then after being challenged, lead times mysteriously appeared against the items we had purchased. I am now struggling to get a refund from Tommy Franks.

We placed multiple orders with Tommy Franks. While one order was successfully delivered (with the delivery driver helping us bring items into our house), another order remains missing despite the company claiming delivery. Their own website contradicts this claim, showing the order status as "unfulfilled."
When contacted, Tommy Franks deflected responsibility to their shipping partner, instructing us to resolve the issue with them. However, as our contract and payment were directly with Tommy Franks, they are ultimately responsible for ensuring delivery of our paid order.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through their customer service, we've received no concrete solutions or path forward. The company seems unwilling to take accountability for this purchased item.
Based on this experience - questions on the location of the purchase, contradictory tracking information, and inadequate customer service response - I cannot recommend Tommy Franks to potential customers.
