Honestly I can feel and see the difference.

Having struggled with low energy and brain fog for as long as I can remember, I thought I’d try NMN. After taking 500mg of NMN daily for 7 months and noticing my energy levels increase, I didn’t think things could get any better, until I started the Toniiq NMN 12 in 1 complex. I’ve been taking the complex for 3 weeks now and it’s even more revolutionary for my 47 year old system. I noticed that it really helps managing blood sugar levels and helps reduce inflammation which is great for diabetics

I have used several of this brands products and have been happy and satisfied with them all. Some take longer to see results than others, but that is the nature of certain supplements. I can not find if it is gluten free for my celiac daughter though.

I’ve only taken these pre/pro/post-biotic for a couple of weeks but so far I’ve noticed my turbulent gut has calmed down a bit and my, typically daily diarrhea-stools have started to slow down, which is a huge improvement for me as I’ve been dealing and struggling with this issue since years.
So I am very pleased and happy with this pre/pro/post-biotic supplement.
