Good price delivery was great kept informed
All the way email was sent to tell me the delivery day also well packed

I needed a part for a 15 year old SDS drill. Other suppliers were very unhelpful and wanted me to buy a whole new drill or recommended a whole load of parts that I didn’t need and they didn’t have in stock. The power tool centre had the part in stock and I had it fitted to the drill 22 hours after calling. Friendly helpful and efficient staff. Decent prices. Real next day delivery. Highly recommended.

Great company ordered spares for my Black & Decker sander arrived very quickly, then found I needed a armature aswell so ordered the one that should fit my sander, unfortunately unknown to them B&D nolonger supply them so unable to repair it but PTC informed me straight away and refunded me and agreed to refund the previous spares I ordered to. Great service from this company now have them on speed dial. Many thanks to Chole, Sam, and Josh.

Found parts for my old tool which broke down. Good price and quick delivery, excellent service, can't fault them.

The service I received was exceptional, they promptly answered my query re-stock levels, I ordered a spare part and they sent the item the same day I ordered which was delivered the next. The part works perfectly and I now have a fully functional Dremel 300 again. So within 3 days of my Dremel 300 failing it was fixed and working again.

Ordered wrong part by mistake. ordered the correct part 2nd time around but they sent the wrong part one that doesn't match illustration pic but does match part number but still sent wrong item. They need to update their website a complete waste of time imo...

Great service from a gentleman behind the counter. He went the extra mile to help. I ordered a wrong part. Part required was no longer available. He came up with a suggestion which worked and I left a happy man. The sale was only a tenner. Look after him, they are rare

Looking at these reviews, I wish I’d read them before hand. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. A useless company. I ordered what I believed to be a grass box for my lawn mower - they sent only the lid. When my order went through, there was no order confirmation or acknowledgment of the order but the money was immediately collected. Had to chase them down to enquire what was going on. Only for them to respond that the item wasn’t in stock so they had to order it.(the website clearly stated that it was) That pushed delivery time back. Upon arrival, I saw it was only the lid. Told them I was sending it back. Had to pay £6:00 for that. Asked about return postage. - they said since I ordered the wrong thing, they wouldn’t refund on that. AGAIN, had to get in touch with them to find out if the item had been received; was told ‘oh yes’ we’ve got it. The refund would take about 1-5 days. Bearing in mind I had to do all the chasing up. The refund was received- the base price of £16.99 only was what was refunded, even though I had to pay for postage and VAT, which came to £23:00. All told, I lost about £15 on an item that wasn’t what I wanted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS INCREDIBLY USELESS COMPANY.

Unreliable. Take orders, take money does not have the goods it says it has. Waste time dealing with incompaetent companies that are not HONEST

Ordered some spare parts for a tool, got told parts were not available even though website showed parts as ready to ship, got the option of getting a refund or wait until stock arrives....

Terrible service, waiting two months for parts and still no sign of them. What I ordered was in apparently in stock. I keep getting told " due in Tommorow", and we will ship straight away. It's a bloody scam. 2 months and still nothing. I could have got a container from China quicker than this service. They don't even deserve 1 star.

STAY AWAY CON ARTISTS. Absolute con ordered 2X MAKITA 21MM SOCKETS through partshop direct yet the item was sent via PTC and instead of the item I ordered I instead received a sub par, poor quality knock-off brand for the same price as a premium brand, emailed about it was told "our system automatically sends an alternative when an item isn't in stock" I asked for refund but told I have to send the items back before I can receive it ..... After reading these reviews I won't hold my breath as I think they use two company names to confuse the issue and then just ignore their customers. We shall see

I looked at this site’s reviews and worried. But it was the only place I could find the Black & Decker part I needed. So I had no choice😳.
The part arrived quickly. The communication was great. The price reasonable.
My experience couldn’t have been better.

Hi, we have purchased a new lance for our Stanley power washer four months ago, it is now pouring water from the handle, so is faulty, when contacting Power tool centre, we were told that it needed to be returned within 30 days, I’m sure that it should be lasting longer than that, very poor service, will not be purchasing anything else from this company for my garage business

It’s been over 3 months ( waiting for my spare from 25th Apr24 - today is 15th August 24 ) and I am yet to receive my spares for a black and decker food processor.

The staff is still not sure when this order will get processed. Thus I have requested for a refund, in the hope that it gets processed.

Just think before you order from this website cause my experience has been a very bad one.

Excellent !! Parts that originally arrived for my Strimmer not correct (Black & Decker fault). Exchanged for correct item & arrived promptly.. Brilliant customer service throughout !! Thank you

Evenually arrived almost 3 weeks after placing an order for Festool parts. Beware if you need an urgent part for a Festool fix.

Their phone is not always answered during office hours which is annoying.

Rang up to speak to someone for advice on how to adjust chop saw, Operator asked what was the specific problem. I explained that the saw was hitting the kerf plate on a 90 degree cut not even a bevel. She then said “Hold on, I’ll just ask someone”.

She returned and said we can’t do that over the phone and suggested I look on Google or YouTube, I said “I have but couldn’t find a solution”. She said, “That’s all we can do”. Surprised, I asked “What is that it?” “Yes, sorry bye”, she replied.

Is that “Excellent Customer Service” as stated on their website? It’s supposed to be a SERVICE CENTRE, I thought they would have at least suggested I bring it in for them to have a look.
