It’s a scam, first of all they provided my credentials without password then I emailed them they replied with a password, after two days they emailed me said that my password was resetted, I asked for refund there was no way… I never had the access to the lessons, watch out this total scams… and don’t pay easily any program from Facebook… most are scams

no reply for more than 5 days
there is no response from the customer support
I brought the biggest plan but nothing is working
Now its just a scam

I bought Skillshare Premium, and the Skillshare ID they gave me for access through their extension does not have an active subscription. When I checked their website, there was no support team or link to connect. They have even deleted their Telegram account.

During initial purchase tool was working and support team was active to resolve any issue on priority.

Now, I am feeling helpless and no support agent for any issue even no proper communication channel to get the issue addressed.

I had made the payment on 8th Sep to renew the account but unable to use after that and raised so many complain and no hope.

Vidiq is not working and their chat support, DMCA complaint page is also not found in google

Only canva is working all other tools are free trail or even they are also not working!

I can't say more but it was Worst experience with ToolsNinja. I subscribed their Blogger Plan, but tools won't work properly, And there is no Proper Response. They just take away your money and provide tools which won't work properly.

The most lund people on the face of earth. They take your money and then you are on your own. Wont pick your calls, reply to your messages after ages and the only reply is Sir error aaraha hai. They are the most fraud people I have come across. I wont even give this one star if it wasnt mandatory.

My toolsninja website is a fake website, I took this tool on 22nd April but till now there semrush page is error 404 on the page I am using this tool and all the other tools are not working properly. And on your DMCA complaint and refund policy page also this page can't be found, it is written that I want a refund, but now I can't even apply for a refund.

FRAUD. He is SCAMMER. Save your money

Very bad service. They took money but didn't provide the tool as promised. Totally a fraud company, I just wasted my money. Don't buy from them.

Worst service ever. Please don't buy tools. Fake review on Trustpilot. Tool always show an error. . they are scammers,

They offer very economical tools and are very kind. They generously applied me a coupon even for a plan which was already cheap.

I had a 1 month plan but they easily adjusted the amount for 6 month plan.

I am giving 1 star ⭐ because I can't write anything so listen carefully,tools ninja is not trustworthy and his customer service is very poor.Always tell us problem resolved but they make fool I subscribed vyond and after 15 days my subscription started with new update extension So you can imagine how they are providing services. So I will never suggest to go with tools ninja. This October also subscribed with hope but another bug is telling you have reached your maximum limit. And customer service telling everything is fine.

UPDATE: After 72 hours they replied and issued a refund.

They are awesome and services are reliable, will be using forever
