Wrost support and none of the tool is working

I am Using tools Ninja for more than 2 years and I am one of the first customers. It was a really good experience, the Live Chat support was always there to solve any issue and they have removed all the bugs eventually. I am enjoying playing with costly and premium tools which would have otherwise costed me a fortune. I am Doing freelancing and taking the subscription is a game changer for me. since the tools are really helpful and saves a lot of money. I have successfully expanded my reach and I grew my team from solo to a team of 5. Loved it and keep doing what you guys do.

I think Tool Ninja is fake website. I purchased their subscription plan on 8th March 2023. From that day I was unable to use it properly. Every time its automatically logout from the session after 30-35 minutes and You will not be able to log in again for next 10-12 hours. After contacting to their customer care team they will give only one solution "Delete The Cookies" but after doing this again it will work only few minutes then once you logged out from "Tool Ninja" again you will be able to use any of tool for next 10-12 hours. The main and prompt response of their customer care team is "Thank you for bringing this up with us. Let me pass on this query to my team, and we’ll have the solution for you shortly. Thank you for your patience."
If its working then fine it will work good but at the same time you will be able to work with this tool for 1-2 hours in 24 hours and again you have to raise the complaint then only you will able to you it.
There is no option to give zero star that's why I am giving the one star. My main rating is "Zero". Now I am feeling cheated and Money Wasted.
I am writing this review after contacting "Tool Ninja Customer Care" more than 40 Times.
Guy's don't go for "Tool Ninja"

Very genuine, This is my honest review:
I was looking for so many group buy websites but none of them were cooperative. I have to be honest about the cooperation, We did not have much conversation but it was quick and the team was not rude like others. This is my first time experience with group buy concept and I accessed it with just one single button click!!. Highly recommended.

Genuinely good! I gotta life time subscription and I’m really happy with the guy who is managing this.

Their customer service is good. All tools are working perfectly. If you find any tools not working, you can report it. They will rectify it as soon as possible.

It will be good if they add renderforest instead of powtoon. So that all my favourite tools are in one place. I decreased 1 star beacuse of this only. Hope toolsninja team add renderforest in their advance plan.

Am fully satisfied with this services, and I don't know why people given bad review for this website, but for me this is the best services ever and ever

Horrible! they are frauds, They promised to give access to all tools for free 3 days trial. They are collecting data by showing false information.
