We have been with Top Cat now for all our blinds for over ten years and couldn’t fault anything - from sales right through to fitting

Great experience with this company. Had our windows measured for blinds on Monday afternoon after only emailing to request this on the Sunday night, and our blinds were fitted by the Friday. Great customer service and would really recommend.

I've changed my blinds with this company at least 5 or 6 times and will never use them again! Avoid this company! The new sheer white blind had a few marks on it when fitted in November, I called right away to get it replaced and have been ignored ever since. I was advised the blind would be replaced, no one came back to me, i had to chase them up, then was advised they had run out of fabric! The customer service is non-existent, the way they reply to messages and speak to you on the phone is disgusting and they jut say whatever to get you off the phone absolute lies and a horrible bunch of cowboys, don't give TC your hard earned money!

I have always used top cat blinds. Seen some negative reviews on here (which will always happen as people leave the negative but not the positive) so wanted to leave my good experience.
Blinds are perfect. I ordered just after Christmas and got my blinds installed a few weeks later. Quality is great and exactly what I asked for. Thanks top cat !

We had Top Cat Blinds install roller blinds in 2024 when we had our kitchen renovated and were very happy with the service and quality of the blinds. We had our garage converted to a gym and office space at the end of 2025 and had Tony from Top Cat Blinds come out to see us at the start of January 2026 to provide a quote.

Their quote was significantly cheaper than other companies that we had received quotes from, and we knew they could match the blinds we had in the rest of the house, so we decided to go ahead with them.

About a week later, Scott came out and fitted the blinds. There was a slight issue with one of the blinds so he took it away with him, had it fixed, and returned a few days later to fit it.

Communication was good throughout, the quality of the blinds is great and we are very happy with the service we received.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

I did read a few negative reviews on here and was a little bit unsure if I had made the right decision, but our experience first time around, and on this occasion has been great.

Ordered shutters for every room in the house, there was a wait for them as they were obviously getting custom made to fit my windows, but once they arrived they looked the business. What is it they say happy wife happy life and all that. Communication was mostly via WhatsApp which worked for me, questions and queries answered and though there was a few points that needed discussed it was an adult conversation that ultimately delivered what i was looking for. No problems

Ordered blinds through TopCat for a second time & although I wasn’t too pleased about the lack of communication from the point of sale to the point of delivery - they did reply quick to my email when querying my fitting date. I also ordered a week before Christmas so understand the holiday period put a delay on things so I was okay with the slight wait. Seen so many bad reviews on here that I felt compelled to write this one as I am pleased with my blinds and the service I received from the fitter was brilliant. I wouldn’t hesitate to use TopCat Blinds again. Got measured up 19th December and fitted 15th January.

Purchased shutters from them which they advised would be a 12 week delivery and paid a £430 deposit. After 12 weeks i got in contact and was advised they would be another 4 weeks. After a further 4 weeks i was advised they were having supplier issues and would refund my deposit.

It has now been over a year and I haven't received my deposit even after weekly correspondance and failed promises.

The company has continually avoided returning my deposit ultimately scamming me and my family out of £430.

Purchase was in 2023 and only just come across these other similar experince reviews.

Hassle free, great fitting and product. Happy with the price.

Came in date/time agreed. Scot did great job. Took old vertical blinds down and took away. Highly recommend. Bit worried after looking at some reviews. Can’t fault them.
