Very good alll...

I wanted to send a birthday gift to a friend living in Russia, but my country closed all shipping services until further notice. I asked about what topparcel could ship (to confirm what i read up about the restrictions) through WhatsApp (they got back rather quickly, thanks for that) bc the website contact form did not work. I got the answers I needed, sent my package and voila. It took a few weeks to deliver it, my buddy received the parcel in good shape.
Big downside is that the third parties used by topparcel leaked my buddy's personal data, so that's that.

The company promised to deliver my package in 10-12 days, but it took about a month. My mom had issues with her visa because of this delay.

È la seconda volta che faccio spedizioni con loro, e sono il top sia per quanto riguarda i costi e sia per la precisione e puntualità! Le mie spedizioni sono da Italia a Germania quindi non c'è bisogno del codice doganale del contenuto.. ma bisogna comunque specificare il contenuto e la quantità ( dal menù a tendina ci sono le varie voci) .

I have been using Topparcel services for a number of years now and I never had any problems. All my parcels were delivered safely. Highly recommend

The parcel we booked through this company was supposed to be collected by a GLS courier, who never showed up. I didn’t want to leave a negative review initially, as this seemed more like an issue with the courier service rather than the intermediary company, so I requested a refund instead.

However, this is where my experience became disappointing. Both in their system and in their email communication, it is clearly stated that refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, a timeframe which has already passed.

Additionally, their customer support has been very unresponsive. They stopped replying on WhatsApp and, a week ago, mentioned they would check with the finance department, with no update since then.

For me, this is not acceptable. A reliable company should provide clear timelines and, if delays occur, proactively inform the customer rather than requiring repeated follow-ups, especially when those go unanswered.

The parcel was delivered quicker than I expected and the recipient said there were no problems. Great service from Top parcel.

Я накосячил с отправкой, наклеил не все штрихкоды. Связался и попросил исправить. Посылку все равно приняли на промежуточный склад, исправили недочет и доставили в Петербург.
Маршрут Валенсия - Санкт-Петербург занял 18 дней.
Очень доволен!

pacco assicurato, consegnato a persona sbagliata , sono due mesi che "devono indagare"... nel frattempo cliente rimborsata (non da loro) ed io che aspetto.
Mi sono chiesta se vale la pena pagare l'assicurazione, visti i risultati

Delivery was fast. I sent 2 parcels and they were delivered within 3 days from Italy to Germany. Contents: clothes and shoes. I added insurance just to be safe since it was my first time and truly everything was good. 19kg under 60 euros including insurance which i think was not needed. I will use their service again and again. I am impressed

Very professional service

The website was very easy to use, easy to navigate and clear. I needed a courier company to deliver a birthday present to my friend in Russia, it was the first time sending to Russia so was apprehensive. However, the guides and information on the website was exceptionally clear and well written, I was easily able to understand what can and can't be sent etc.

I completed all the requested information, the company handled everything else, they collected the package, sorted out customs, I never had to deal with customs anywhere, the company did it all. It was amazing service. My friend got the present after 2 weeks.

Really happy and will definitely use the service again as they were also reasonably priced.

El seguiniento del envio no estaba actualizado, el paquete llegó a Minsk, pero en la página seguía saliendo que estaba en tránsito, si no es porque llamé por telefono un par de veces, me hubiesen devuelto el envio. Deberían actualizar los seguimientos de los envios, para no generar tanta confusión

Horrible company!
I sent glass from UK and received it in Russian shattered in small pieces.
The box was completely ruined, like someone on purpose smashed it with something.
Company refused to take responsibility blaming me for not packing it properly.

Посылку не доставили на дом, несмотря на то, что за эту услугу я заплатила приличную сумму. Моей сестре пришлось забирать её самой в почтовом отделении 5 дней спустя после решения возникших таможенных вопросов. Посылка шла намного дольше заявленного при её оформлении срока.
