Top quality door that have improved our living space significantly. Quotation process all smooth and prompt, follow up drawing specs as discussed and order time slightly shorter than told. Doors installed promptly with the installer working nearly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Not a great experience! Doors were delivered 4 weeks outside agreed period and with a crack. Despite with email evidence provided, The company won’t admit the completion was late. Emails were mysteriously disappeared or not successfully sent to us. £27k paid in advance. Had to Moved in without a back door for 2 weeks. Financially and emotionally suffered from the incompetence of the company. Make sure you expect 4-6 weeks delay from their part!

Excellent from start to finish. The cost was incredible in comparison to other companies and the service provided (from initial conversations to survey and completion) were outstanding. The steel doors have transformed two rooms.

I got quotes from several different steel door companies, and Totally Steel Doors were by far the best value for money. After seeing the finished doors, it genuinely makes me question why some other companies are charging so much more, because the quality and overall service from Totally Steel Doors has been excellent.

The turnaround was also incredibly quick. From making the initial enquiry to having the doors fully installed was less than four weeks, which was much faster than I expected.

Honestly super happy with the door. It was an awkward size for a little project we wanted to do and Simon had no problems coming to do the survey and the fitting. The door is beautifully finished and the hinge and closure mechanism is dreamy.

There were some issues with manufacturing that caused delays to the process, but nothing too major and Simon worked to sort them out before they became frustrating.

And given the quality of the output, the friendliness of Simon and his staff, and the fair price compared to other companies thatre taking the Micky these days, I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Everything about this experience was a pleasure. The service before, during and after coupled with the amazing quality doors. Couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend!

My experience was excellent. We agreed an indicative price by email before booking the survey, which was competitive, and on the day the price reduced slightly following some design tweaks. The install team turned up on time a few weeks later and were very professional. The product itself is premium. Good weight to the doors, soft closing and made to measure. Everyone I have had round say these doors are stunning.

We had a couple of internal black hinged steel doors installed and we're really happy them. Simon was responsive and helpful throughout the measuring and ordering process and the fitters were friendly and did a great job. I'd be happy to recommend them if you are looking to install some steel doors. For the price you can't get any better.

We are absolutely delighted with our steel doors fitted last Friday by Totally Steel Doors. They look great and have totally transformed the look of our living room - very stylish with a beautiful finish. They also let a lot more light through which we didn’t have before.

Simon came to assess the job, and immediately saw what we were trying to achieve and made some great suggestions that we hadn't considered. The result is a bespoke crittal door that looks and feels expensive and high quality.

The fitter was excellent. Clean, tidy, timely, and attention to detail was spot on, especially for the job that wasn't standard 'off the shelf'. Communication with the team has been quick, reliable and clear.

I am so pleased with the end result, and would not hesitate to recommend. I will certainly use them again in the future.

The company are quick to take your deposit but then do not provide the doors, do not get back to you and give a whole load of excuses as to why they do not have the doors you have paid for!

We are really pleased with our steel doors and the experience we had with the team at Totally Steel Doors .From Simon who came to give us a quote and Conor who fitted the doors it was a seamless process. The doors look great and are of excellent quality enhancing the space downstairs and the price is very competitive. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
