I highly recommend using TMS for your move. We recently moved abroad from the UK in a very busy time for us where there was a lot of uncertainties. In addition to being the best quote we received, they delivered high quality customer service. A special thanks to Christian from TMS who supported us along the way and gave us peace of mind regarding the collection, storage and delivery of our belongings. Great communication and responsiveness throughout.

TMS recently moved our furniture from Dublin to the UK. The whole procedure was handled in a professional, value for money, manner. From the first contact to the safe arrival, communication was excellent. I knew exactly what was happening and when. Very reassuring when shipping your furniture. After several quotes, we found their cost was very competitive and good value. From Scott in the office, to Michael, the delivery driver, everyone was helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.

TMS always kept me up to date with what was happening. Offered the best price and I'm happy to have gone with their offer. A really friendly bunch who know how to look after their customers.

TMS are very professional and friendly and the service went very smoothly from start to finish. We relocated from South Wales to Madeira, Portugal into a 4th floor apartment. They organised everything brilliantly, and their Portuguese agent and delivery went exceptionally smoothly. I cannot recommend them enough, because they made an international relocation, which could have been stressful, a seamless experience. We tried a couple of companies before them, who underperformed, and luckily, we found a gem in TMS Ltd 👍

We used them in 2024 to ship mixed load out to the Azores. At the time I'd no experience and picked a local company with good reviews. Its always a worry doing something like this for the first time and shipping to Azores is not direct. All went very well. Used again this year and its been another very good experience. I have absolutely no qualms reccomending the team. Great service throughout. Give them a go. 👍🏻

Can’t recommend this company highly enough! From start to finish Mike & the team made everything as easy as possible for us from our move from England to Portugal.

The communication, kindness, price & service couldn’t be beaten. We initially went with TMS because out of all the quotes we received Mike was the only one to physically phone us to have a chat with us about our move. We really appreciated it. The collection was fabulous, and they even collected 2 extra items for me that I had, in the stress of the move, forgotten to inform Mike about! The way they packaged our items was exceptional too. Delivery was 10/10. Communication throughout was 10/10. Honestly if you’re reading this and stressing about who to pick don’t bother looking anywhere else, just book with these guys! You will thank yourself!

I have given these people plenty time to make this right, but it's been over a month since I gave them my feedback and they told me they would get back to me and they still haven't, so now it's review time.

Hired this company because of pretty good reviews and prices.
They don't actually handle the moving, they hire a different company to take care of this, in my case Mackenzies Removals and Storage, which makes the reviewing hard as it's hard to know who's responsible for what. But even if it's the customer they hired that messed up, TMS is ultimately responsible as they are the ones that chose them.
At the end of the day, as a customer I was not happy because what I value highly is good communication and them being careful with my belongings and they failed on both.
It took three weeks from pick-up to delivery which was fine as it had been agreed on. What was not fine is how they kept my stuff in a cold place most or all of this time so the contents in my boxes were all damp and cold when I got them. Many of the boxes were scratched. Out of the furniture in this move, some were also scratched.
Communication was also not good as instructions I had given were not passed on to the company they hired. And there was other miscommunication as well.
I'll give them 2 out of 5 because I've heard horror stories far worse and nothing was badly damaged, but they will not be my first choice next time.

Boxes. These had good reviews on Amazon. 4.3 out of 726 ratings. Not as good as Total Moving Solutions have here, but they are likely not trying to compensate customers in exchange for removing negative reviews, like Total Moving Solutions do, to maintain such a strong average rating. Of course you can find negative things in these reviews if you cherry pick.
I saw with my own eyes how reckless your sub contractor was with these boxes and furniture. Having them packed professionally wouldn't have changed this. They also put a tv bench together with material that didn't even belong to that bench, using two pieces of wood for the back of that bench when there should have been one.

Communication. If only this was just about the dismantling of furniture. Unfortunately, there were more examples. We had agreed on a 3 week from pick-up to delivery. Four days later I get a call saying my things are ready for delivery in Dublin. While I'm still in London and can not change plans on such short notice. So we had to stick to the 3 weeks as originally agreed on.
As for instructions I had given they were not in the final agreement, so I had to insist on them being put there. They were, but in the end they were not passed on to the crew and as a result, I had to point this out to the crew and had to deal with them being disgruntled and rushed as this increased their workload compared to what they were expecting.
When I shared my experience with Total Moving Solutions, I was told this would be looked into. After 4 weeks of hearing nothing, I went ahead and placed this review. Then all of a sudden I hear back on the same day, being told that the reason I hadn't heard back was because TMS hadn't heard back from the sub contractor. I can understand this reasoning, but at the same time I see it as another case of poor communication between TMS and their sub contractor. I was then offered £150 from TMS as a gesture of goodwill, which had been more than fair if I had been offered that initially, but this offer only came after I had left a negative review and was made on the proviso that I removed all negative reviews which I was not interested in as I think it's important that users here to get to see all experiences with companies, both good ones and not so good ones.

EDIT 2: Just updating my review was never brought up. I was told to delete it and sign an agreement to get the £150 you offered. This is not something I wanted to do for reasons already explained.

First off, Many thanks to Christian and his fantastic team for making the move as easy as possible for us

TMS handled all the hard work for us, sorting out all the paper work for the move, only requiring a bit of information from us here and there and a check and signature

The moving team were great guys and also very funny which helped when an inconsiderate neighbour decided to have a go at them (for parking their truck in our parking area) , but they soldiered on regardless and provided a great service taking care of all our goods

TMS came out head and shoulders above the competition price wise as well being roughly £1000 cheaper while providing the same service (this was a country move which should be taken into consideration)

Scott and his team were extremely helpful with moving some items from a deceased estate in the UK to Australia. They kept me informed the whole way through and all paperwork was in order for a smooth clearance through customs. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
