Well I certainly gave them a challenge with 2 really grubby tenanted flats. Really good and friendly service.I was able to get estate agents in the next day. Thankyou.

After the winter sleep and Christmas fun I asked Toughmuk to come and do a deep clean. I had thought that the apartment was quite clean and so the deep clean would be over quite quickly. How wrong I was! These women are so thorough and meticulous that I was stunned by all the dust and dirt and I had left behind. I loved the videos they shared of the before and after service, it was exciting to see the transformation from matt to glossy as we start the new summer season and await our holiday guests- who always leave a five star review for cleanliness. Thanks Team Toughmuck we would not have the return guests without your hard work.

They took many items of value and left item that wernt
They took my daughters ashes and items they were told not to take
It was to be sorted in to keep

But they took even the boots designers I’d just taken off and had saved for ages to buy
They went in drawers cuboards took in date food because Marie misread an eight as a three she bullied and intimidated left us feeling robbed and violated new items taken including clothing and Christmas-gifts
all new cleaning g products and electrical sealable items and children’s effects from their late mother including jewellery look at my other reviews I’ll keep. Posting this company needs to be stopped from trading

I was recommended this company by a charity that works with dorset cc as my mum had 2 strokes and was no longer able to clean the house, i have a very low immunity and am registered as disabled so couldn't help and the house had become grubby and a mess, i booked a deep clean of her 3 bed house including her conservatory and admit i was a bit nervous as to whether they're idea of deep clean matched mine- we raced to the house hearts thumping wondering if we'd made the right choice and hadn't wasted a fairly large sum of money, in truth our ideas were vastly different, their idea was significantly cleaner than I dared hope, from the front entrance the house shone. Carpets looked new, surfaces sparkled and the rooms were spotless, her kitchen looked like a professional kitchen and the bathrooms shone like they were new-, the bedrooms looked like hotel rooms and clearly a lot of attention to detail had been paid, washing had been put away and hung up and the bed had been set up with a runner, .
They even cleaned outside the house and threw away some boxes that had been blown into the garden
The conservatory shone like new and we honestly wandered around remarking how amazing every room looked, the girls that came did a magnifivent job and we would recommend them to anyone that needs a better clean than they could do themselves and a company with friendly staff who clearly love their job. This is a fabulous service and a company that deliver a service that's second to none at a fair price.

We hired Toughmuck cleaning to help keep my 82-year-old mother's home clean and comfortable, and we couldn’t be happier with the service.

The cleaner, Marie has been incredibly respectful, patient, and gentle with my mum, always arriving on time and going the extra mile. She not only keeps the house spotless but also chats with Mum during her visits, which brightens her day. The attention to detail is impressive — from dusting high shelves to making sure the bathroom is sparkling clean and safe.

The company has also been easy to communicate with, flexible with scheduling, and understanding of my mother’s needs and routines. They’re clearly experienced with elderly clients and understand the importance of a clean and calm environment.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and compassionate cleaning help for an elderly loved one

This arrogant female came to give a deep clean quote. Totally obsessed with decluttering, which means to her that her team would have carte blanche to remove anything they deemed clutter, and there are nice convenient communal bins on the premises to chuck my possessions into. "You have too many posessions, you must throw them away, I have twenty years experience, I know what I am doing", quoth she. At this point, I gave up. No point in trying to say that I rent a storage unit and could use it to store surplus items, or even trying to have a discussion regarding any issues. Like a ship in a storm,. batten down the hatches and wait for it to pass, as in a plaque I saw in a campsite reception "Everybody visiting results in pleasure, some when they arrive, some when they leave" Their claim that OAP's are treated with sensitivity and care is total BS

Zoe and her team arrived at our home to carry out a deep clean service. They were prompt, very professional and genuinely concerned that they understood our requirements. Within 4 hours they did an amazing job, leaving our home, including windows and carpets, sparkly clean. To say we were pleased with their work is an understatement. We would not hesitate to call them in again or recommend them to anyone. We were also very impressed with the price, very reasonable for the effort they put in. Well done Ladies and thank you.

Rubbish company.... avoid at all cost! after they "deep cleaned" my home, the kitchen counters were still greasy, the windows were streaky, and the bathroom had soap scum left behind. The carpets were only partly cleaned, with stains still visible. I paid £275 for the clean, but my landlord ended up charging me an extra £400 for a proper clean. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and will not be using them again.

From the first contact this company were professional, kind, understanding and discreet. They met me at the property and gave prompt advice followed by a price. We were asked to pay upfront which we felt comfortable doing. The job was completed on the day and was quite an undertaking to be honest. I had a deep clean, an oven clean, and 2 carpets to be cleaned booked for today. Lovely team of people who worked quickly and were done within 2 hours. Walking in, I was initially very pleased with their work. However, as the hours went on, I noticed a few things that I wasn't very happy about. My hallway rug had been turned over the wrong way; I thought this was a genuine mistake and flipped it back over but was met with horrible bleach stains all over it. I then went in to my son's room, and unfortunately one of his toys that had been on the windowsill had been broken. I understand these are genuine mistakes, but I wish I had been told. Not very pleased with the carpets. They are still soaked now, and whilst I understand we are in the winter months, I'm concerned that they will take a lot longer to dry and cause bad smells and mould. Also, they don't look very clean. On closer inspection, the inside of the oven isn't great either. I hate to moan, but I am feeling a tad disappointed.

Just to add to this review. My carpets remained extremely damp and started to smell, so I had to call out another company to clean and dry them properly as my son who is 6, is extremely asthmatic and could not sleep in his damp bedroom. You will see below, only a fraction of what was pulled from the carpets today after they had "apparently" been cleaned yesterday. After paying £395 for the deep clean, oven clean, and "carpet clean," I've now had to fork out another £190 right before Christmas.This is unacceptable.

BEWARE & STAY AWAY. If I could leave 0 stars I would. If you are looking for a cleaner that thinks she's more important than the Prime Minister look no further. From initially speaking with Marie over the telephone I felt she didn't really listen to what I had to say and certainly felt like she was more important than me, so much so she continuously spoke over me. None the less I wanted to give her and the team the chance to prove me wrong, which unfortunately was NOT the case. I invited her for a trial clean for a holiday rental property I manage and was highly disappointed with her and what my colleague had to say when meeting her at the property. I had arranged for a member of my team to meet her at the property to show her and the team a second time around what the property entailed. Without going into great detail Marie was highly rude, unprofessional and assumptive "clearly forgetting her position in the equation". Furthermore when I went to visit the property I noticed several points missed, missed windows in pool room, didn't mop or hoover properly in the pool room, dirty oven, left all kitchen towels out, didn't replace bin liners, multiple surfaces missed (food waste dotted around), full bin bag with waste just dumped by the front door, curtains pulled too and left in messy manor, Failed to check / clean log burner, left lights on, darts in adults game room left on the floor and the large mirror on the landing had way too much cleaning product left on. Overall I can look past these points of concern if she was willing to take on board what I had to say. Unfortunately I wasn't even able to discuss with her as when initially speaking, or should I say being spoken too, she hung up on me when I said "let me get a word in". Overall I would suggest Marie needs a serious lesson in customer service and more importantly remember her position and don't speak down to people above her station.

Hopefully this message reaches the right people and stops them from using Tough Muck Cleaning and instead goes to agencies that deserve / want the work.
