Tour Shop Fresno Reviews

Called Tour Shop Fresno for two tires and their quote was about forty bucks under everyone else, plus they got me in the same afternoon. Alignment was off and they fixed it without pushing extras.

you had in stock what you advertised and shipped quickly

Wrong club delivered. Ordered a 56 wedge and they sent me a 58 wedge wedge. The only response back after receiving the wrong club was that they over sold out of the 56 and would need to Wait for Miura to send them a new one . 3 weeks later still waiting for my 56. I don’t need a 58, as I already own a Miura 58. Sent the replacement via standard ground shipping instead of trying to expedite it to make amends. No credit, hardly an apology, and now UPS is showing there was another delay. Missed all of my scheduled tournament play without the club I was expecting. What a bummer for over $300 for a damn wedge. Severely disappointed. If I was the owner of this shop, I’d send a credit and expedited shipping bare minimum for the severe inconvenience

Great experience working with this shop, the customer service was great and i have a new saved seller 👍

I couldn't find the iron shafts that I was searching for anywhere but then found Tour Shop Fresno. They got the shafts in stock and mailed to me within a week. I will use Tour Shop Fresno for my golf needs going forward.

Great service and products! This is the 4th shaft I have bought from them and they always provide great service and a reasonable price! When you buy from them you know you are receiving a genuine product since they are an authorized dealer. With eBay, you always wonder…. Packing of the shaft was very well done!

Where is my order?

The shipping was really fast! The product is just as described and the response to the order was quick too to get it to USPS. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and had great shaft knowkedge. Would definitely buy from them again.

Butch was great to work with. He walked me through all of the different options to build out a Miura wedge and answered all of my questions. The wedge was delivered much quicker than expected. Exceeded my expectations.

Very customer oriented

They had what I wanted at a great price, they shipped it quickly. The way it should be.

Amazing customer service ! Fast shipping

The club heads were excellent and beautifully packed.

Quick on confirmation email, rapid shipping. Awesome stock

Thank you

Ordered product… order never fulfilled. Called multiple times to find out order for shafts have been on back order for months… no mention of when or how long it would take for them to fulfill order. Person I spoke with on phone also didn’t realize that this order or many other for the same shaft had been waiting for them.

Butch was very knowledgeable and took time to make sure I ordered the correct weight and tip for my putter. I now buy a
Miura wedge from the company

Had the grip in stock I needed and shipping was fast. Couldn't ask for better experience.
